GoogleI did various flat viewings with Maria and whilst I didn't end up going through with a purchase through Martyn Gerrard I found she was incredibly helpful, responsive to my questions and well informed on the properties and the area and really took in to consideration how buyers would view a property. She even went the extra mile in giving me a lift between different viewings and clearly knew her sellers well

I found Martin very helpful and communicative, particularly throughout our conveyancing period, which was more than a little trying at times. Martin kept an open line of communication (even outside work hours) and really helped move things along whilst ensuring that all parties were happy with the process. Even in the short dealings I had with Christian, I am confident in highly recommending his services. Friendly, quick and easy to get a hold of, he found a number of suitable properties that catered to my needs. While ending up going with a private landlord, I would happily use his services again. A pleasure to deal with, and a friendly professional I'd highly recommend.

The fees are very reasonable for what they offer, although I was not ready to market yet I will be 100% using Martyn Gerrard.
