Christian helped me and my girlfriend find our first apartment together in Kentish Town. He was very knowledgeable when showing us around, which hadn't been the case with other agencies. Once the process of securing the property kicked off he was always on hand to field and questions and help out.

GoogleA lovely bunch of very professional sales agents, fair, open, honest, solved problems, and sold out flat very quickly and over the asking by enough to pay their own fee! I had some concern they weren’t local enough, being in Kentish Town when we were Tufnell Park, but this was not true at all, as the sales price showed. The process was well managed, and even before we signed up it was always the same person who called me, gently and politely nudging me without pressure. Martyn Gerrard Kentish Town are neither the cheapest nor the most expensive agent around but in my experience they are definitely the nicest.

Jason was very professional and willing to show us around twice and phone us back for our queries. Likewise Anthony as manager gave good advice. Everyone was friendly and helpful and welcoming, and we now look forward to using their letting services. The slow transaction was through no fault of theirs.
