From the initial meeting with Martyn Gerrard I knew they were agents who I felt comfortable working with. I trusted them to do what they said they would and to deliver. They performed on all counts. They had the local knowledge to price my property realistically and knew the market well. The team are very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and great at keeping you informed throughout the process. They are easily contactable and accessible which is so important and always got back to you when they said they would. They are also pro-active and pushed things forward with my sale when the process could have easily stalled. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Martyn Gerrard to others. Selling your property is a really stressful period and without these agents on board I doubt the various hurdles would actually have been overcome.

I've been renting for a few years in London and found Martyn Gerrard to be the best. We had an amazing agent, Richardo, who ensured that our rental process was as smooth as possible, and was incredibly helpful and efficient. Definitely one of the best agents I've had in all the years I've been renting. He still continues to manage the property for us and is always quick to respond and send information. I definitely recommend!

Demitris Ogbogu found proposed tenants subject to references within 24 hours of the property being put on his books. The letting completed with rent guarantee in place a few days after. I cant think of much more I would expect from an agent and would definitely use Demitris again. It may be worth pointing out that I am an Estate Agent myself and rarely find an agent who can provide a similar service to me.

GoogleI bought my house through Martyn Gerrard and with Annie, who was very helpful and professional throughout the process, and made it as relaxed as possible. What was also refreshing during our viewing was that (unlike some estate agents), she didn't constantly volunteer opinions....but gave you time to think, ask questions, and imagine yourself there...PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
