GoogleMy partner failed to let her property with several other agents in the Kentish Town area. Anthony reassured her that he would be able to find a tenant and he delivered. The communication was excellent throughout and the experience as a whole was far better than we had encountered with other agents in the past. We wont be going elsewhere from now on. Five stars.

Special thanks goes to Annie Clarke for being so friendly, super responsive, and very knowledgeable. She really helped to push things along when things were getting slow due to the pandemic, and I would recommend to anyone.

GoogleWe had a lovely experience renting a flat with the help of Richardo Hadra at the Kentish Town office. We got almost immediate replies to emails and phone calls and information was provided swiftly. He even arranged a viewing for us on a bank holiday. I've been renting flats in London for years and I've never had this smooth and easy time of it.

GoogleAwful response times, poor communication in replies to your questions but when they want something it verges on harassment. We made several complaints during our tenancy and now that is finished, still terrible and rude replies over email when trying to sort out tying off the lose ends. Would never recommend them to anyone and will definitely never use them again.

I found both Anthony and Jason to be very professional. I purchased a flat from a lady who had owned it for the past 50 years and seemed a little overwhelmed by the whole process. From a buyers perspective they were accommodating in arranging multiple viewing. In summary, they were very patient with both the seller and the buyer keeping all parties informed throughout the sale
