I can't recommend David Yesil at Martyn Gerrard highly enough. David recently sold our one-bedroom apartment in Millbrook Park, and the service from start to finish was outstanding. He marketed the property with real energy and quickly generated strong interest, then he built that into a genuinely competitive process. His negotiation was sharp and effective, and it showed in the final result. What stood out just as much was how he worked. David was professional, proactive, and consistently communicative, always on top of every detail and never leaving us chasing for an update. He made the whole thing feel calm and well handled. If you're thinking of selling in Mill Hill, instruct David. He's an excellent agent who delivers results.

I listed my flat for sale with Martyn Gerrard (Mill Hill branch). While the initial listing and photography were professionally done, the overall experience fell far short of expectations. There were multiple no-show viewings, and I was only informed at the time or afterwards. The agent never turned up for these, which suggested he may have known in advance they weren’t going ahead but chose not to let me know. For viewings that did take place, the agent was present but repeatedly refused to show key building amenities like the gym, concierge, and storage facilities, all of which are important selling points and justify the service charge. On one occasion, I was asked to conduct the viewing myself because the agent was at another property. In another, the agent made incorrect statements about the flat and was corrected by the prospective buyer - an avoidable and unprofessional moment. After just two months, I was advised to drop the asking price by £40,000 (around 10%), despite multiple similar flats in the building having recently sold for more. This recommendation came without a revised strategy or clear explanation. I had also clearly stated that I preferred to be contacted by email or message unless something was urgent, but this was ignored, and I received repeated calls during work hours. To top it off, just a week after listing, I received a call asking me to leave a positive Google review so they could hit their monthly quota, long before any meaningful service had been provided. Overall, the service felt disorganised, inattentive, and not buyer-focused. I would not recommend Martyn Gerrard based on my experience.
