GoogleMartyn Gerrard is still holding my deposit 3 months after I have moved out. I am a single mum and with the current cost of living I can not afford not to get my deposit back. Martyn Gerrard are not responding correctly to my emails and constantly fobbing me off. This is not acceptable

In a covid world it is really important that buyers can get a sense of your property in helping them decide to view. Their 3D walkthrough is very impressive. GoogleThe team at Martyn Gerrard Mill Hill, led by Gregg provided an exceptional level of service. I had engaged with a number of agents initially in order to sell a probate property, they were way ahead of their competitors due to their knowledge of the local area, confidence, passion for the property and excellent advice on marketing and valuation. I had a significant number of viewings and have received regular, concise and timely feedback on the prospective buyers. All of the colleagues that I have dealt with at Martyn Gerrard have been professional and courteous, a large number of the viewings were managed by Toby and Jatin with whom I had regular conversations with. Over a reasonable period of time I received 3 offers on the property and the final sale and completion was made with minimal effort on my part. I would highly recommend Martin Gerrard due to the way that their colleagues and team work and would certainly engage with them again in the future should I look to purchase or sell another property.

GoogleVery poor customer service. I moved out of a residence over three months ago and am still waiting for my deposit to be returned. Despite multiple emails and phone calls, nothing has been done and no explanation has been given. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.

GoogleI cannot speak highly enough of the team at Martyn Gerrard. From the first moment I spoke to Gregg about selling my home he made me feel that I had come to the right place. From the professionalism of the negotiators carrying out viewings, their communication of the process and offers to being able to get everything exchanged in 5 weeks. If you want to sell your home then there is no better place in my opinion than Gregg and his team at Martyn Gerrard.

GoogleFrom the moment we started a conversation about the property I genuinely felt my needs for finding a new place to live were heard and remarkably well paired up by Eva Zanntenou at Martyn Gerrard Mill Hill. She was willing to make our viewings work to fit around mine and my husbands very busy schedules, she was able to answer any questions we had immediately, she is very experienced and a huge credit to Martyn G. We delt with another member of staff during the paperwork formalisation, which was fine, this is the only reason I've put 4 stars and not 5 stars. Eva was always available for helping the process to move along smoothly, which we really appreciated. Thank you Eva for all your help.

GoogleI have just bought my first home through Toby and he was absolutely outstanding. Being in the business myself, I tend to quite critical of other agents, however from start to finish Toby and his team went above and beyond to make sure the sale ran smoothly. A couple of hiccups along the way as to be expected, however Toby kept me up to date and made sure I was happy at all times. I would highly recommend him and if in the future I ever want to sell my place, I will definitely be using him. Thanks again for all your help!

GoogleWe chose Martyn Gerrard to sell our house in Mill Hill. We were nervous it would be on the market a while owing to the current market conditions, but Martyn Gerrard managed to secure us a buyer within 3 months. Our main points of contact in the office were Jatin and Toby. They worked tirelessly conducting viewings and always gave prompt feedback. Once we had secured an offer the team continued to keep in regular contact with both us as the sellers and also the buyers to ensure everything ran smoothly. Jatin also recommended a great solicitor to us. We managed to complete our sale in less than 8 weeks. Very, very happy with the service provided and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Martyn Gerrard to others in Mill Hill hoping to sell their home.

GoogleThe experience we had in regard to the sale of the house was a very difficult process as we had two purchasers letting us down before we instructed Daniel at Martin Gerrard. The people involved on the side of the purchasers were endeavouring to find reasons to frustrate the sale, and we owe so much to Daniel and David who assisted in smoothing the way enabling completion to take place.

GoogleI would highly recommend Martyn Gerrard Mill Hill to anyone selling in the area. The whole team has been fantastic throughout the process. Greg carried out the valuation & explained the marketing strategy. He also advised us on how best to coordinate an onward purchase with the sale. Toby & Jatin conducted the viewings really professionally. Both of them obtained multiple offers and our house was very soon under offer. This is also down to the accurate valuation that Greg carried out to ensure that the house wasn't overpriced. He didn't do what some other agents did, which was to overvalue the house just to get the instruction (this would have led to the house not selling and months of frustration). Toby saw the sale through to completion. This included overcoming all of the usual problems that occur between buyers & sellers through the buying process. I had considered using an online estate agent, but decided not to because of the initial meeting that I had with Greg. Having finished the process I know that I made the correct decision. Instructing Martyn Gerrard was worth every penny. Toby, Jatin & Greg were amazing and I'd use them again.

He was the first person to ask me exactly what I am looking for, he listened to me, i felt like I was spilling out my dream to him..it only took a call for Jatin to show me my dream home. Not only did they help us sell our house, but they helped us in our discussions with the property that we eventually bought, also through them. With experience as both buyers and sellers through their team, they were very diligent and professional, ensuring that all viewings of the home we were selling were properly managed and even when things got a little stressful (as most home moves do) they helped to calm our nerves and it all worked out in the end. I would highly recommend them.
