A rare find... an Estate Agent who was true to his word - and sold my Property as planned.

I chose Jatin / Martyn Gerrard to sell my property as he showed the most confidence and enthusiasm for selling my property at the price I wanted. The Viewing process started almost immediately and we had 7 potential Buyers to view within the first week. On the 8th day Jatin called to tell me he had an offer and responsible for the negotiating to raise the offer to a price I considered acceptable. We then had a slow and hesitant Buyer take weeks and weeks to go through the Sales process. Jatin was instrumental in the hand holding of the Buyer and liaising with both Solicitors to ensure the Sale went through smoothly. I exchanged a few weeks later than expected and Jatin remained professional, knowledgable and personable throughout the process. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again and recommend him to all.

A different class of agent

Hunting for a property is a daunting enough task without the added pressure of a pushy or inefficient agent. Thankfully Marco was a delight to work with and a refreshing change to other agents we'd spoken to in the past. He gave use space to think and take in what we were viewing. I felt he listened to us - our concerns that something might not be as it seemed and was honest with his opinions on aspects of the property. More importantly, he followed up on what he said he would do, without having to be chased. Professional agent achieving best returns for our sale

My agents, Jamie and Tom, where brilliant! Professional at all times and had good knowledge of how to achieve the best sale price on our 2 bed flat. Our sale was very difficult but this was down to our buyers experiencing problems with their surveyors/bank/solicitors. However, given these problems Jamie and Tom were actively striving to obtain exchange as quickly as possible. In hindsight, I dont think another agent would have put the effort Martyn gerrard have. I am glad to have used this estate agent and would recommend them to friends and family.

Do not trust them. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 They give you wrong advice, try to get your attention and push you to make an offer, once you put the holding deposit they turn to a different character and tell you your references has not passed and give you no reasons. If you want to waste your time and your money be my guest and go for a deal
