Andrew was very helpful in assisting our payments / forms for the move. He knew how much we wanted to secure the apartment and facilitated everything smoothly for us. After the payments were made, there was an occasional dip in communication but otherwise he was brilliant and we got the apartment we sought.

My partner and I had been looking for our first flat together for a few weeks before we found Martyn Gerrard. I was immediately impressed with their excellent customer service and willingness to help. As we didn't know the area (East Finchley), the staff gave us a great outline on what prices to expect and made us feel very comfortable in their hands. In particular, Ryan Rainford (Lettings Negotiator) went out of his way to help us find a great property. He (and all the staff) were so helpful and friendly, and as a bonus, their fees are a lot less than all the estate agents we went to. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

Paul, Ryan and the team were very helpful in arranging for my property to be let out. They were very efficient in all their dealings from arranging viewings to responding to any requests for assistance. Everyone in the office was very friendly and made me feel very welcome. My property let out very quickly. I have no hesitation in recommending Martyn Gerrard of East Finchley and will certainly use them again. Many thanks

View AgentsDreadful untrustworthy estate agents. DO NOT use these agents. I was buying a house through them they lied and said it was off the market. I went ahead with purchase paying for survey and all the usual other stuff and all the while they sold it behind my back WITHOUT telling me. Only to find out it was because they had a higher offer. Making me waste time and money and emotional investment as i loved that house. They allowed me to continue wasting time and money without the courtesy of informing me they had sold it behind my back! This goes on too often with them and their reputation is reknowned for this behaviour.

GoogleThere were very slow after taking money from us. At first everything looked good but like I said after the money was payed they took their time. Very bad customer service. So if you want to be homeless and lose money contact Martyn Gerrard!

GoogleHello there. Everything what Kamil Wawrzyszko wrote above is true. We were moving into that property together. The actions of agents of this agency speak for itself. They misinformed us about referencing criteria and did not mention that they will calculate our yearly income based on last 3 financial years. If we knew that very important bit of information we would not even start the referencing process, and we would not waste our time and money. We have been pointing this out during conversations with them but they completely ignore us. This is barbarian behaviour and tactics and in result we are having difficulty of getting our holding deposit back - which is fairly big amount. I would not recommend this agency what so ever as they are not customer orientated at all. I am a business owner myself and I have seen a lot in the world of customer relations from the point of view of businessman, but I never came across such behaviour and disregard before (period).... Disappointed Customer
