Selling through Martyn Gerrard was very straightforward, as would buying have been had the owner of the house we were buying not been outrageously difficult. She made every step a nightmare for us all, but Craig and his team stuck with it and supported us all the way. They also kept our buyer informed so she understood why there was a delay, and she also played along. For the first time in my (long) life I appreciate that estate agents really do earn their money, and I thank them!

He was always on hand if you needed to ask a question and always prompt in responding either by phone or email. Super patient too. Each time they have done this efficiently and professionally, with no void period, achieving a great rent - and all done with a lot of charm! The letting staff have always been on hand to answer my queries - via email, phone and when I have popped into the office. I have really valued this as a new landlord. The fee they charge may be high in comparison to other letting agents but I think you get what you pay for in this instance.
