I recently sold a property through Martyn Gerrard and would like to thank both Bruvis Hiew and Kardine Richardson for their help throughout the process. Whilst the transaction took longer than initially hoped, due to delays elsewhere in the conveyancing process, Bruvis and Kardine remained professional, responsive and easy to deal with. Communication was good, calls were returned promptly, and they were always willing to chase matters and provide updates when requested. Bruvis in particular stayed calm and constructive throughout some challenging moments and worked hard to keep all parties focused on getting the sale over the line. Kardine was also very helpful during the early stages of the transaction and played an important role in securing the sale. No property transaction is ever completely straightforward, but I always felt that both Bruvis and Kardine were acting in good faith and doing their best to move matters forward. Many thanks to both of them and the wider Martyn Gerrard team.

Great experience from start to finish with this agency, Me and my partner were first time buyers and were a little unsure of the process, but it couldn't have been any smoother. Both Alex and Bruvis were really attentive and kept us up to date and informed throughout, answering all of our questions with patience and understanding. We initially found our property on rightmove and the extra details on the listing such as having a virtual tour and measuring guide made all the difference in helping us not only find the right property but be able to measure for furniture etc without having to contact the seller too much. Very impressed by the professionalism and service of Martyn Gerrard in Barnet. Bruvis and his team were very quick to respond when needed. They were honest about the market and the desirability of our house which is what you need when selling. I always felt like they were being genuine and that they enjoyed working together. Just wanted to share the great experience I had with Lee and the Tenancies@MartynGerrard team at Barnet. We went on a rollercoaster of a journey to secure my rental but never at any point did the guys falter in their endeavours to see it through. Highly professional but at the same engaging on a socialable level to give you that personal 1-1 confidence. When I couldn't get through to the Winchmore Hill branch, Jamie graciously stepped in and made sure I received seamless service and viewings in Winchmore Hill, even though it wasn't his responsibility. Superb Service - really happy with Susan & team

I have recently used Martyn Gerrard to facilitate the sale of my flat in Barnet. I have to say that I have been extremely impressed with the professionalism of Susan and the entire team at the Barnet office. Susan's valuation of the property compared to the two other agents invited was far more accurate, showing her knowledge of the area to be exceptional as I achieved near asking price. Feedback on viewings was always forthcoming, I was kept updated constantly and upon agreement of sale Susan continued to be empathetic and helpful throughout, making what is traditionally a very stressful time far more comfortable than it could have been, I would have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Martyn Gerrard Barnet as the estate agent to use.
