When I needed a property asap I contacted Steven Carter who assured me he could help me find the property I was looking for. That he did, he contacted me regularly with properties that are available and always was asking what type of property I am looking for. We eventually found the place for me. From the word go Steven has been nothing but supportive, he reassured me with all the credit checks, the move in date and once I moved in he even made a call once I had moved to to make sure I was happy with the property and how it was left. I would highly recommend this estate agents and ask for Steven Carter as he goes the extra mile to make sure your happy and satisfied. A move has never gone as smoothly as this one

They found a good buyer and made sure that every step of the selling process was dealt with on time. The thing that stood out the most was the great communication throughout the marketing of the flat & then it's sale. I always knew what was going on & always had confidence in the team. We just bought our first home with David Raja at this office. David was fantastic throughout, especially as we viewed several other properties before finding the one, and took multiple visits into this property. He was patient when we stressed about solicitors and was always on call and responsive during the process. We completed in record time as well, in less than two months due in no small part to his diligence and his having local contacts. We also were helped by the lovely and enthusiastic Sophie at this office who filled us with ideas about what we could do with the place.

From the first day I stepped into Martyn Gerrard in Barnet and met with Steven Carter, my experience has been nothing but a success. Sadly I was turned down on my first application via another letting agent due to being a first time renter. Despite nearly securing a property and no longer needing assistance, Steven kept in contact with me throughout. Once I had established that my first offer had fallen through, he was straight back on the search and within days of letting him know I was looking again he contacted me when my ideal home as he knew exactly what I was looking for which gave me comfort and confidence knowing he had listened to me from the beginning. Thanks to Steven, Jon Sandos and Andrew Eleftheriou I collected the keys to my first home last Wednesday and couldn't be more chuffed. Not only was the process quick and straight forward, the apartment is truly everything I was looking for and more. We had our two bedroom flat on the market for several months through purple bricks, when we decided to use the services of Martyn Gerrard. I can not praise Joshua Dawson enough, we were told that in this market it was going to be near impossible to sell but Josh was positive and professional and found a buyer for our flat. In the months before we found a buyer Josh kept a steady number of potential buyers coming to view the property. Josh is very organised, he kept us in the picture at all times, he was also very easy to communicate with via phone and email. A first class service and professionalism from start to finish. Ash's pleasant manner and 'can-do' attitude combined with a flair for negotiation gives the customer everything they need from an estate agent. Buying a Property

I would like to say a massive thank you to Rachel and her team who went above and beyond to ensure my buying process was dealt with smoothly and efficiently. My purchase was not the most straight forward of transactions with quite a few challenges along the way. However, Rachel remained calm, efficient and went over any beyond to ensure that I was kept abreast with key updates.
