Despite explaining my concerns, they did not have the decency to honour what was agreed verbally. Deception will ultimately lead to failure! You’ve lost all future business from me.

GoogleI am surprised to see such a high rating here, it seems completely made up. First of all, on the day of exchange and completion and receiving the keys nobody from the agency bothered to call me and tell the current agent I was dealing with was fired. David, who is replacing him, got late for 20 minutes without any warning and any apologies. While I was calling to the office, I was told every time “don’t worry, he is on the way” and they refused to provide his contacts. When I finally received the keys, another surprise was waiting for me - the thermostat in the flat doesn’t work anymore, and the agency just disappeared after the call regarding this case. Avoid them at all cost!
