GoogleHaving been very badly let down by another estate agent, we have been hugely impressed by the service we have received from Martyn Gerrard. They were professional and reactive and we have viewings arranged even before the photos had been taken. Yash Sakaria has kept us informed at every step and was instrumental in getting us over the finishing line when things seemed to grind to a halt. We have moved quite a lot over the years, and it is the first time I have ever uttered the words that I felt an estate agent was worth the money!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe're selling our property and buying another, all through Martyn Gerrard and the service has been extremely good. Umit in the Barnet office has been really helpful, always returns calls and has made the process as easy as possible. Very recommended!

View AgentsFlat sale
Although it was not the best time to be selling a flat in London and after a difficult start and some hard negotiating Sophie got the sale done, Sophie is tenacious and unlikely to ever let a sale slip thorough her "safe" hands.
Thanks Sophie.

GoogleRonak and Yash - gave us a great service in the sale of our property. Yash negotiated a good price on the sale and was always quick to respond with updates. The sale ended up taking 5 months due to problems our buyer had on her sale, and the original completion date was delayed by 6 weeks! Ronak came in and pushed the sale through. She was extremely knowledgeable and got things moving liaising with the buyer and all parties. She really made a stressful situation much more bearable and I can't thank her enough for her professional approach and warm friendly nature. Best wishes, KionPositiveResponsiveness
