View AgentsExcellent lettings service
Nick Teare, the Lettings Manager based in North London, is an absolute credit to the Martyn Gerrard brand. He was on time, courteous, professional and explained everything thoroughly during the viewing. He responded to our urgent needs very swiftly and ensured that a very tight deadline was met. He was extremely efficient with the paperwork and took the stress out of our urgent housing need. Nick is head and shoulders above any other lettings manager that I have dealt with personally and professionally – I should know because I insure many property and letting agents!

View AgentsProfessional and efficient
I have recently rented a two bedroom flat guided by Andrew Eleftheriou, who was very professional about the whole process. A world of difference from my previous experience with a big well known company, whose agents distinguished themselves by their lack of respect, harassment and bullying tactics, making the whole process unpleasant and stressful.
Many thanks Andrew.

Michele was extremely professional and polite. I found him very friendly and truthful. He also kept his word whenever he promised to do anything or give me a call. He also went to great length to explain things in detail in order to achieve clarity and avoid misunderstanding or confusion.

About 2 months ago we were in a urgency to find a house that will match our requirements quite quickly.
Michele helped us to find the perfect solution in the fastest and most professional way that I ever experienced, perfectly matching our needs with the landlords ones.
I strongly recommend him to anyone that wants to rent a property in North London/Barnet
