Superb Service - really happy with Susan & team

I have recently used Martyn Gerrard to facilitate the sale of my flat in Barnet. I have to say that I have been extremely impressed with the professionalism of Susan and the entire team at the Barnet office. Susan's valuation of the property compared to the two other agents invited was far more accurate, showing her knowledge of the area to be exceptional as I achieved near asking price. Feedback on viewings was always forthcoming, I was kept updated constantly and upon agreement of sale Susan continued to be empathetic and helpful throughout, making what is traditionally a very stressful time far more comfortable than it could have been, I would have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Martyn Gerrard Barnet as the estate agent to use.

Highly Recommend

My husband and I worked with Ash and the team at Martyn Gerrard in respect of the sale of our home in the spring of this year. We couldn’t recommend Ash highly enough. His ability to maintain the momentum of our sale, manage difficult negotiations and help progress the sale at times we reached an impasse. Within 24 hours of being instructed Martyn Gerrard were able to secure several viewings and very shortly after that they were able to market the property online which helped to generate a number of other viewings and secure us several offers within a record time. We couldn’t recommend Ash or the team at Martyn Gerrard enough and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

Thank goodness for Ash

Ash's pleasant manner and 'can-do' attitude combined with a flair for negotiation gives the customer everything they need from an estate agent. Despite media murmurings of stagnation and a possible downturn in the market, Ash sold our property very quickly and at the price we wanted. I was selling my house recently in a difficult and slow market, and had tried other estate agents without success. As soon as Martyn Gerrard took over the sale, they managed to attract a number of seriously interested viewers and I soon received a very good offer, which I accepted. Rachel handled the whole sale process very professionally, despite facing a number of ups and downs along the way. With her pleasant and cheerful personality, she managed to smooth out any difficulties and successfully negotiate some issues I feared were not negotiable. She was always immediately available to respond to any queries by phone, in her supportive, patient and reassuring manner, and succeeded in completing the sale. They were extremely thorough in their initial meetings, ensuring the correct wording and best pictures were used to market our house. Our main contact, Ashmir Sandhu, kept us informed at all times with bookings for viewings and feedback afterwards. Fantastic Service - Best Agent Ever!
