View AgentsExcellent service!
I sold my flat recently and the service was second to none. David Mitchell was fantastic to deal with and responses from him were quick. I always knew exactly what the status was regarding the sale. I will certainly be using them again for both buying my next property and selling. Thanks again!

View AgentsCommunication was top notch
The Sales team at Martyn Gerard were very professional. They sold us our property in 2006 and we were very impressed, so wanted to continue the relationship and sell our house with them when we decided to move this year. We were not disappointed. They worked together as a strong team to show buyers our property and we ended up with 2 offers within 10 days. We accepted an offer from Marlon Brown's buyers and throughout the process, he was professional and calm to all parties and made sure that everyone was communicated to throughout. A slick and professional company, with a can do attitude.

View AgentsSophie Henry sold the house!!
Sophie at MG Finchley did a really good job with the sale of the house. Nothing was too much trouble for her and her customer care was 100%. She kept a positive attitude through out the sale procedure. I can recommend her and very highly.

View AgentsVery Professional
I'm very happy with the service I received from Susan, Ricky and the team at Martyn Gerrard High Barnet.. Property photos and written details were well done and put online quickly. There were a good number of viewings and and all seemed to me to be potentially serious buyers (nice to have the 'time wasters' weeded out at enquiry stage). I accepted an offer on my property within a week of it being put on the market. Everything went very smoothly.

View AgentsA very professional service by very professional people
we were very happy with the service that Martyn Gerrard provided. Our agent was Anthony Wilkinson Denny. He was very well informed with local knowledge. We found him to be professional and very friendly at all times. He guided us through the process right up to completion.. We were kept informed of any developments which meant we were able to act on any information immediately, therefore there were no delays.. We would thoroughly recommend Martyn Gerrard and in particular Anthony, as someone who has your best interests at heart and will guide you through the buying or selling process with great expertise..
