Great advisors!!!

I really want to send this review for James Gough. He was an excellent support helping with property viewings and a great advisor. I had other agents who had taken me for viewing but James clearly stood out of everyone. I felt James’ support was non biased and genuinely looking to support both buyer and the seller equally. Straightforward, helpful plain dealing

I was a property buyer, therefore not Martyn Gerrard’s client. However from the outset when being shown around properties I felt I was treated in an honest and straightforward way. Complicated sale of shared ownership flat

Annie Clarke, Maria Morar and colleagues at Martyn Gerrard were very professional in handing a complicated sale of my shared ownership flat which involved consecutive staircasing and sale. From the first meeting I was given useful documentation for how the process would work and examples of similar sales completed by Martyn Gerrard. There was great communication throughout, from letting me know when viewings were happening to help with chasing solicitors and the housing association in the final stages. They kept me updated with new information and were calm throughout and good at soothing my anxieties when needed!

Annie and her team were very professional, transparent and honest throughout the process of listing our flat for sale with them. We had had a bad experience with another agent before switching to Martyn Gerrard and we really noticed the difference in how we were treated and how they worked with us.
