Our agent Gabriella was fantastic from start to finish. Gabriella found our new property - swiftly gave us details and arranged for us to view it very quickly , allowing us to make offer and secure the property.She also organised the sale of our old house and secured a solid sale to first time buyers. Throughout the process Gabriella always communicated with us very well, maintained the momentum of the chain and pushed for exchange for all parties involved. She also allowed me access to the new property to obtain quotes from building contractors before exchange took place.Gabriella is Very friendly and a pleasure to deal with and represents Martyn Gerrard estate agents impeccably, highly recommended and we hope to work with Gabriella again in the future.

Was searching for a property since November. Used different letting agents, but none of them were as good as Martyn Gerrard . Especially Tyler Gorman. Tyler went above and beyond and did not give up when there were obstacles. He advised on every step, what and how we could sort out all the paperwork. He constantly kept me on the loop. There were moments where I could not care less, but he did not give up and by saying "We can do it!" "Almost there", he kept me on positive note and did not let me give up. I would and will reccomend MG and especially Tyler to everyone who needs to find a property, because they care about you and they go above and beyond to get you your perfect home.
