Straightforward, helpful plain dealing

Complicated sale of shared ownership flat

Annie Clarke, Maria Morar and colleagues at Martyn Gerrard were very professional in handing a complicated sale of my shared ownership flat which involved consecutive staircasing and sale. From the first meeting I was given useful documentation for how the process would work and examples of similar sales completed by Martyn Gerrard. There was great communication throughout, from letting me know when viewings were happening to help with chasing solicitors and the housing association in the final stages. They kept me updated with new information and were calm throughout and good at soothing my anxieties when needed!

Nick was instrumental during the price negotiation, demonstrating excellent skills in mediating between us and the seller. He communicated clearly and promptly throughout the process, making everything much smoother. He also kindly arranged an additional property viewing to address some of our concerns, which we really appreciated.
