It was more than lucky for me to know Michele when I got difficult to find the one to rent after the previous reservation was suddenly canceled and the agency (other than MG) tried to take admin fee not taking any responsibility at the end of late and poor service. Their staff was even late for 30min at viewing! Michele, took just one week (1/3 time to the previous agent) to arrange viewing, preparing documents, contacting the owner and making the contract. His work has been all clear and neat and timely managed in such a kind manner. Even out of property agency area, it'd be hard to find this kind of high quality service, I don't post a review normally, it's first time and I wanted to reward to him in this way. The staff at Martyn Gerrad Whetstone, have been attentive from start to finish. I almost had the whole team help me through the ups and downs of the problems that arose throughout. But recently Heran Jethwa has been absolutely fantastic to say the least. Always on the ball, ready to help and at the final stages was chasing all the necessary contacts to 'close the deal', from agents to solicitors to everyone that was in this nightmare of a chain! The words THANK YOU do not seem enough, to show my appreciation to Heran and the whole team that helped me through this most stressful sale. Now I have exchanged contracts thanks to Heran and his patience and persistence I will be moving to my new home next week :)

We purchased our first home through MG, Heran was our agent. From day one we received fantastic service with Heran responding very quickly to my emails, providing many updates, pushing along the solicitors who were dragging somewhat and generally helping both parties get what they wanted out of the sale. Out of all the agents we were registered with, Heran was the most transparent, there was no rubbish coming out of his mouth or pushing to get a sale it was genuinely a pleasant experience to have him onboard during this exciting time.

We bought a house in Finchley and moved in in June this year. We got to know Marlon pretty well; we were looking since October 2014 and saw a number of properties with him. Moving house is stressful for everyone involved, we decided to have our second baby during this process!! So we were looking at properties whilst I was heavily pregnant and putting in offers whilst I was in labour. Then all the politics pre exchange post offer acceptance had its own challenges Anyway throughout the whole process he was patient, not too "in your face", but professional. First impressions count and after we saw one house with him, I said to my husband " I'd like to buy a house from marlon" and 10 months later, we did!

I have been impressed by the quality of service I have received from Martyn Gerrard in the many years that I have been renting my flat through the company. Over a longish period as landlord, I have encountered problems large and small with the property, and the prompt notifications, recommendations of contractors and service providers, and replacements for appliances, etc., from Martyn Gerrard's staff have proven invaluable, as her their management of any work undertaken in the flat in my absence. I have also been impressed by the diligence in checking tenant references.

We have been so lucky when moving house to come into a winning combination of landlord and letting agent. With our landlord's go ahead, Martyn Gerrard have been incredibly proactive in attending to even the smallest need or request that we have had. They have a plethora of working companies who they have contacted to support us in making our move stress-free and our property the best it can be. We are very grateful to them and would recommend them to anyone.

I found both Anthony and Jason to be very professional. I purchased a flat from a lady who had owned it for the past 50 years and seemed a little overwhelmed by the whole process. From a buyers perspective they were accommodating in arranging multiple viewing. In summary, they were very patient with both the seller and the buyer keeping all parties informed throughout the sale
