Jason was very professional and willing to show us around twice and phone us back for our queries. Likewise Anthony as manager gave good advice. Everyone was friendly and helpful and welcoming, and we now look forward to using their letting services. The slow transaction was through no fault of theirs.

Hi Martyn Gerrard, My girlfriend and I have just exchanged on the purchase of the above property. We are first time buyers so needed slightly more assistance than most! We viewed the flat through Sophie Henry who knew exactly what she was talking about and was probably the most impressive agent we dealt with during our "looking for a flat period". She didn't tell us what we wanted to hear, but provided honest and frank advice. She was always on hand to advise us on what to do next and was really good at managing our expectations as well as the vendors expectations. We have managed to exchange in 5.5 weeks and i am sure we'd still be 'faffing' about if it hadn't been for Sophie pushing the deal in the right direction. Thanks, Joe Newton & Lauren Fraylich

We purchased our flat as first time buyers with Lee Jones as our agent.. Lee was extremely knowledgable of the local area and his help in the search for a property and managing the transaction was invaluable. He managed all steps of the process for us and was always friendly and approachable, sorting even seemingly insurmountable problems so that the transaction was smooth and efficient. We will most definitely use Martyn Gerrard for any future sales/purchases and I would thank Lee personally for enabling us to buy a perfect first flat.

As always, I have been shown properties that are quality, best location and fair value, At Mill Hill branch was my first approach, and was to find a pleasant and very helping staff of Martyn Gerrard, of one is Mr Shah whom i greatly recommend if one need to look for a property to rent, he was atmost professional, and doing business with him was an experience. I strongly recommend this branch if one should need to rent, buy, or even sell a property.

Having worked with Demitris at Martyn Gerrard for locating my new rental property on Kentish Town, I would have to say that the overall service and experience was extremely positive. The online process for contracts and refernces ensured the process moved quickly whilst I was travelling with work and Demitris was on hand to assist promptly and personally assisted when an issue came up to ensure the move happened on the agreed day. Overall, very pleased with the experience and would recommend Demitris to any prospective tenant or landlord.

When I first started dealing with Nick I was a little confused!! Here was an agent treating me with respect, telling me the truth and was thoroughly trust worthy. How can this be the case I thought, well it is, and if you are lucky enough to rent your property through Nick you will find him to be honest and know that anything he says is the truth and will have your best interests at heart. Shame I have bought outside the area now as would definitely deal with Nick again given the chance. A really nice guy too.

I rented and sold a flat through Martyn Gerrard. Their service is well known in North London for a reason. Agents aren't normally that popular but Susan gives the profession a good name. Professional service, reasonable rates and no BS. I can't stand the ways Agents bully you or try and force your hand...you won't find this with Susan or MG. if you want good and honest service look no further!
