Shivali was brilliant throughout the whole process. Really responsive, always happy to answer questions (even when I had quite a few!), and made everything feel straightforward. She kept us updated at every stage and was genuinely helpful. Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to rent in the area. Thank you Shivali!

TrustpilotFantastic, professional and responsive service
We have used MG to help us secure a tenant for our house in North London and they have been fantastic and found us an excellent tenant. Throughout, they have been extremely professional, responsive, practical and communicative and offered great advice throughout the process. A big thank you in particular to Andrew who has been a joy to work with. I would definitely recommend MG to any friends looking to rent.

TrustpilotGreat experience
Martyn Gerrard has been great with our recent house move. We worked with Shuhan throughout and he was the best - always contactable, accommodating to our viewing requests, keeping us updated with the process on the vendor’s side and generally keeping the process moving smoothly. Thank you Shuhan!

Florence was great at helping me find properties in the local area - she informed me of upcoming and existing properties that would be suitable for me, and was always quick to respond and organise viewings if needed. She always came back to me quickly with answers for any questions I had. Lovely to work with - thank you Florence!

TrustpilotAmazing team, great service - you smashed it!
I just want to say a huge "thank you" to Jatin and the entire Finchley Central team for the expert guidance, positivity and professionalism they showed that helped make this experience as painless as possible. It was a baptism of fire for us (first time selling in 25 years!) especially with market conditions turning south not long after we put our house on the market, but the team's resilience and support got us over the line (we exchanged yesterday, yayyy!).
Agent replied · 25 May 2026
Wahoo you exchanged. Congratulations! Thank you so much for your incredibly kind words and for putting your trust in Jatin and the Finchley Central team throughout your move.

TrustpilotExcellent service with Shuhan from Muswell Hill office
Shuhan is exactly the kind of estate agent you want representing you. Our recent move involved a super slow conveyancer holding up the rest of the chain. Shuhan went completely above and beyond his actual job description to apply pressure, bypass the blockages, and get our exchange over the line. He is proactive, doesn't accept excuses from other parties, and kept us constantly updated. Fantastic service from start to finish.
Agent replied · 25 May 2026
Thank you so much for your kind words. We’re delighted Shuhan was able to support you through what sounds like a very challenging process.

TrustpilotStraightforward, helpful plain dealing
I was a property buyer, therefore not Martyn Gerrard’s client. However from the outset when being shown around properties I felt I was treated in an honest and straightforward way. The agents were incredibly helpful (particularly Yasmin) and all my questions were answered quickly and comprehensively. When the time comes to sell my property I am planning to use Martyn Gerrard as I wish prospective buyers to have the same experience as I had.
