I have had a very positive experience with the letting team, led by Rachel. They have been professional, responsive and very helpful throughout the process of letting my property. Rachel in particular has been excellent, always approachable, efficient and quick to deal with any questions or issues. Rude and unprofessional, avoid at all costs! Recently rented a property through them. Contacted our landlords before we even served notice. Property management is awful, especially James Bowd - Property Management Director. Property was not professionally cleaned as promised. Cleaners went back in a further 2 times, with James supervising the last visit. Property still hasn’t been cleaned to a professional standard. His response was “any omissions will be detailed in the check in report”. Unacceptable response from himself, really shows how low their standards are. Pretty sure the agent gets paid commission from both the inventory company and cleaning company for using them, as the check in report was marked as professionally cleaned. Please judge pictures for yourself… Baring in mind we paid double rent overlap of 2 weeks all to not be able to move in. To clarify, the cleaning issue still has not been corrected. The worst agent in London by far, our experience has been nothing short of shocking. They have made the process stressful and unpleasant. We will never use Marsh and Parsons again. A formal complaint has been made.

I have contracted them to sell my one-bedroom flat in North Acton. After previous agency failed to secure a sale I contracted Marsh and Parsons. They valued my flat more acurately, not inflating the price as previous agency done. They seemed to be more proactive and informative, but when I was present at some of the viewings I was surprised how disintersted the agent who accompanied the viewer was. As if they did not care. Also was supprised by some of the feedback from viewers sent by agency. My flat is on 2nd floor, yet one viewer wanted to buy to rent to family of four. ( reminder, it is 1 bedroom). Another apparently said in feedback that flat was too small for her, because if she starts a family she would want to put an extension.( Farsical as it is a second floor flat so the extension could be on stilts). I was surprised that agency did not give the potential viewers all the details. BUt was accepting time wasters. I am very disappointed with the services. Only good thing was the communication about viewings and feedback, however silly, which I did not have from previous agents.

We’re selling through Marsh & Parsons this summer and have been pleased with how it’s gone so far. We saw several agents, and Stuart stood out, not just for following up, but for the way he did it. He gave us confidence the sale would be in good hands, which is why we chose them. Once we’d instructed, the turnaround was quick - photography, floorplan, brochure (thanks Sarah!) and the sales team walkthrough all done within days, with viewings booked in before we’d even gone live. James, Anthony and Harriet have run the sales side professionally and efficiently, and got a good number of viewings through in a short space of time. They were also quick to call when a same-day appointment came up rather than sticking to the standard notice, which we were always happy to accommodate. Harriet also helped on our onward search after we mentioned it to Stuart. She sent through suggestions, and having listened to what we were after during a viewing, put forward two more we hadn’t considered. A thoughtful and proactive way to go about it. We’re still going through the process, but on the marketing and sale stage they’ve been good, and on that basis we’d recommend them.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an although not complicated but still quite challenging sale, and I genuinely don’t think we would have reached completion without Phil Coombes and Sian Allison from Marsh & Parsons. From the very beginning, Phil demonstrated an excellent understanding of the local market. His advice on pricing, presentation and marketing strategy was consistently thoughtful, realistic and well judged. He has a real feel for the market and knows how to position a property to attract the right buyers. Once the sale was agreed, the transaction proved far more challenging than anyone had anticipated as the legal process was often frustratingly slow, and progress repeatedly stalled. Each time, Phil stepped in personally, identified where things had become stuck, kept everyone communicating and got the transaction moving again. I honestly believe that with a less experienced or less proactive agent, the outcome could have been very different. Sian was equally outstanding throughout the process. She was energetic, proactive and maintained excellent communication with the buyers at every stage. Whenever I became frustrated by the lack of progress, she helped me keep sight of the bigger picture, managed expectations on both sides and smoothed over moments of tension with great professionalism. Her calm approach made a real difference during what was a very stressful transaction. What impressed me most about both Phil and Sian was that they never treated the sale as just another file. They genuinely cared about getting the transaction over the line and were prepared to go the extra mile whenever it was needed. I cannot thank them enough for all their hard work, commitment and professionalism. In a difficult market, they gave absolutely everything to make sure our sale completed successfully.
