Excellent crew for relocation service!

I knew JLL first from property valuation report and was thrilled when knowing that such a prestigious company could help with personal property searching. Moving to a new city is hard, but Jennifer and Indra from JLL made it so smooth. They are super professional, patient and helpful. Strongly recommend for everyone looking to starting something new in London!

The agents at JLL were really helpful and acted professionally throughout the process of finding the apartment until signing the contract. They are also still at our disposal whenever we have questions about the tenancy. Can absolutely recommend JLL!

After coming all the way from central London to look at a house that I was booked to look at, you made me wait hours saying how my appointment was not on the system and after we saw the room and we said we were intrested you said you would …

STEER CLEAR AT ALL COSTS 3rd letting agent I've used in Canterbury and definitely the worst, disgusting lack of care for tenants, horrendous customer service, refusal to return deposit without legal time frame, consistent breaches on contract in other areas, they automatically assign you to Spark energy, handing over personal details without consent. Complete lack of communication, always the clients expected to do the chasing and monumentally slow at resolving any issues that arise.

I'm in no way surprised by the other negative 1 star reviews. I'm actually scared that such people are running a business. The agent didn't even show up to the house viewing we booked. I even called two hours ahead of time to confirm it was still on at the same time! What kind of joke is this?! Waited 20 mins, called their office. Said they would call back soon when they figure out what's going on. 40 mins pass by, no one called. I had to chase them up about it. Talked to someone else, they have no idea where or what their colleagues are up to. Then they try to tell me the appointment was actually 30 mins earlier than it was "booked"... nice try shifting the blame onto me. Their office is a 5 minute walk from the property!! Yet they made no effort to rectify this mistake they made. Three different people, not a single apology. Said they would call back later the same day when they could arrange another viewing. Can you guess what happened? THEY NEVER CALLED. What a surprise. Thank you so much for wasting 3 hours of my afternoon! I thought that maybe I was just unlucky.. then I saw the other reviews. Seems like this is a recurring issue! Good job! (sarcasm). "We have a new team in place now at the branch to ensure that these issues never happen again." - taken from a reply they posted to a different unhappy customer. Confirms that they are liars.

Totally useless, they delay payment, mess up inventories. Lots of young people working for them with no sense of professionalism and obligation. Rude when you confront them and frankly, more of a problem than a solution. One of the worst services in Canterbury, beware of their promises before signing up with them, they are full of it. They don't care.

Unfortunately this review relates to our lettings team and their page can be found here - https://goo.gl/n8eXrX. We are disappointed to read that our service levels and your customer experience fell short of your expectations. Our customer feedback is extremely important to us and we would very much like to discuss this further with you, please contact me on tina.nicholls@countrywide.co.uk if you would like to discuss this further. The WORST agency I have ever dealt with. Never get call backs, never get email responses, NO MANAGER, no one is ever aware of anything, no information is ever recorded on their system, extremely difficult to speak to the right person, they always say, 'leave this with me and I'll do it today or in the next couple of days'... months later... NOTHING! IF you are looking for an agency and want to have peace and not robbed.... DO NOT GO TO MANN COUNTRYWIDE !!

Abandon hope all ye who seek to do business with this useless firm. After nearly two weeks of trying to arrange for one of their agents to come and view my house I have simply given up. Whether their staff are merely inefficient, indolent, incompetent or just feckless I shall never know until someone deigns to call me back. They may be brilliant estate agents, I have no way of determining whether they are or not, but I do know that they are hopeless communicators.

This is the worst company possible. Over the past two and a half years, I, as a Landlord, on the 'full management' service, have had to chase Mann up and constantly pester for information promised; feedback and quotes for work. The term 'full management" is derisory as they do not 'manage' it at all. The staff change continually; they seem to have a call centre, so you do not have the same staff 'on site'. Only now I have tried to call the office in Newington to hear a recorded message saying the office is now closed and that their opening hours are 8.45 am ...... It was 9.30 am when I phoned.......... I could go on and on. If it be needed, the worst proof of their incompetence is that my lovely tenants who would always inform the company of little problems, in order to get them resolved before they became big ones, have become so exasperated by the company, that they decided to take the financial risk and break their tenancy early. Their main reason? You've guessed. The problems with Mann. They would stay in for 'no shows' of workmen; repeatedly ask for someone to come and deal with a problem etc, - all to no avail and at considerable inconvenience to themselves. At no time over the past two and a half years did I have the consistency of dealing with the same person. A constant stream of different people, none of whom seemed to know the property well. i was constantly told 'oh she/he has left the company'. Do no use them.

Useless staff. We went for a showing 18months ago. They were late. We chose the flat before they arrived. Didn't need them. We get a charge for admin of £550. We've since moved and are waiting on our deposit 1month after the move. The landlord has even gone to them to ask for release of deposit. Each time I call I am transferred then fed a promise. "We'll call you back' 'I'll send you an email right away'. Not one promise followed through. Useless and expensive staff and company.

I opted for full management of my property. Earlier stages of the contract was fine and smooth but payment was always late never on time. Then when things broke down in the house, i had replied to their email and told them to go ahead with certain repairs and take payment from the rent. After 1-2 months I get complaints that no repairs was done. After this everything went downhill. The repairs needed stacked up and on top of that I received an email from the lettings telling me that the tenants weren't paying and they apparently were doing 'all they can' to get the money. Outstanding arrears went past £2000+. Meanwhile I was still paying for repairs. I went to their office several times but they weren't helpful at all. Calling them also served no purpose as they would divert you to one manager to another so they would tell you the other is busy or away etc.. Having contacted the tenants, I was told that the lettings weren't helpful to them at all and that they were never in contact much and always late. Since the tenancy was near the end I had no choice but to end the contract and forfeit the outstanding arrears to get my house back. Also the house was is shambles when the tenants left, the kitchen top was nowhere to be seen, the conservatory table and chairs was gone, roof of the garage damaged. All this seemed intentional as I had originally sent the tenants a letter that we will take them to court for the outstanding arrears. However what annoyed me was that the lettings didn't inspect the house when the tenants left, so now i have even more repairs to deal with and pay for. (To post this I had to give 1 star, take a guess what i'd give them otherwise.) OVERALL THE LETTINGS WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISAPPOINTING.

Hayley were very helpful and gave info about more available properties. She even stayed behind her working hours to show us the property. All the way from choosing the flat to finally moving in to it was smooth and quick. All agents in JLL we had contact with were easy to get in touch and very quick in replies. Really good experience so far. Thanks :)

I have recently rented a very nice property through JLL and was very satisfied with their professional & prompt service provided during the entire process of the application as well as with initial moving in settlements. I was also impressed by their transparency and efficiency alongside with their friendly, helpful attitude - I highly recommend them. Good job and thanks! I believe in pursuing this service and nice relationship in the future, too.

I recently bought a flat through JLL. Barry Monaghan was the selling agent. Barry, was excellent, professional and really went the extra mile in making this sale transaction run as smooth as possible. More estate agents (outside JLL), should follow Barry's conscientuous work ethic. Highly recommend this agent to anyone who wishes to experience what real service is about.
