GoogleWe went to JLL after being recommended by a friend and we were not disappointed. We found a great flat in the location we wanted and within the limit of our budget. The agents were kind to guide us through every step of the referencing and renting process, which is a bit tedious in terms of bureaucratic paperwork load. Everybody was very professional and we moved in in a flash.

GoogleI have been using JLL for my last renting application. I have been impressed by the professionalism of this agency. Its agent Michael Chu has been very reliable throughout the whole process, organising the viewing, taking additional videos, answering all the questions regarding the apartment that caught my attention and making sure that I was aware of the situation at every step of the process until the signature of the tenancy agreement.

GoogleWe had a positive experience selling our flat with JLL Greenwich branch. Having had a bad experience with an online estate agents, both Alex Sibley and Jay Weston were a great help and were proactive in arranging viewings and finding buyers for us. After we accepted an offer, JLL helped to push the sale through and were always prompt in responding to queries. JLL also offered us the lowest commission rate compared with other local estate agents in the Greenwich area. We would not hesitate in recommending their services to others.

GoogleAwful experience with JLL throughout the tenancy. The property manager Wormsley, very unprofessional, attempted to charge me for call out charges on numerous occasions for urgent repairs such as having no hot water. Furthermore their lack of timeliness or reliability shows in that they took the best part of a year to install a kitchen fan. Something of necessity on a 10th floor flat.The final straw was the fact they 'attempted' to take a large chunk of my deposit at the end of the tenancy despite me leaving the property spotless. They then reduced their farcical deductions significantly. I only agreed to the remaining nonsense deduction to be over and done with them, i did not want to have to spend any more time or inconvenience myself further dealing with JLL. Hope to never have to deal with you again.

Jll found us a new tenant almost immediately when our previous tenant left. The service was good and efficient and we had very little to do other than to review the documents and sign them electronically.. Although the service is not cheap we think it is worthwhile as they are reliable.

JLL, and in particular Oliver and Daniel at Nine Elms branch, have been simply fantastic throughout the whole process of finding, negotiating, preparing and moving us into a great new flat. Moving can be stressful, so it makes all the difference to have an agent and agency that make the process as smooth as possible. Can't fault them really!

GoogleWe were in contact with several different estate agencies but the service level from JLL were miles ahead of the others. They understood quickly what we wanted and found us the perfect flat that matched all our criterias. After having moved in we have found our property manager Yusuf to be beyond helpful, sorting out what ever it is that we need. When we need to move again we will definitely be sticking with JLL as we have had no issues what so ever. Highly recommend.

GoogleMany thanks to JLL team and Sophie Webb! I was looking for a flat to rent near Canary Wharf for my family. Sophie made this process really easy, fast, and absolutely transparent for me. I have to admit that I was impressed by the service and communication. Despite I am not a resident of the UK all went very smooth and now I am a tenant of a lovely flat at a very good price. Definitely will use this agency again in the future.
