If I could rate 0 stars, I would. My housemates and I rented a property for 2 years through Mann and all aspects of service were abysmal. Let me give some examples. No heating for 3 months Broken washing machine Broken microwave Broken dishwasher Hole in backdoor Front door inaccessible Rotten hole in utility room Most furniture broken All of these problems were fixable. Staff from Mann took over a month to fix each issue, especially the heating (3 months). Staff make promises they cannot keep and make it extremely difficult to get things done unless there is monetary incentive on their behalf. Would never use this letting agent again. Save yourselves the hassle.

Quick, reliable and friendly service. We were originally expecting to view another property, but unfortunately this was already taken. Nadine had sourced another property for us to view and was able to schedule a viewing extremely promptly. Nadine was extremely helpful and knowledgeable during the viewing. She explained the terms, conditions and processes very well. The process was easy, hassle-free and very good value for money compared with other letting agents.
