I feel very lucky to have met Tianne and her team at JLL. As a first-year international undergraduate student, I was not very familiar with the rental process in the UK, and the timing this year was especially stressful. I received my university results in August and had to find accommodation before my course started, so I had only about one month to arrange everything. Tianne and the JLL team helped me secure a lovely flat, which is only about a 20-minute walk from my university. The rent and guarantor arrangements were also very reasonable and affordable for me. I counted that we exchanged more than 40 emails throughout the rental process! Today, I have finally completed all the documents and booked my key collection. I have to say how impressed I have been by the efficiency, patience and professionalism of Tianne and her team. They made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier for me and were always helpful throughout the whole process. I will definitely continue to work with JLL for my accommodation needs in the coming academic years. Thank you so much, Tianne and the JLL team, for all the support and help. I really appreciate everything you have done for me!

George Reeves was amazing throughout the whole process. He made finding and renting the flat so much easier for me and was always there whenever I had a question or needed help with something. He replied incredibly quickly every time and genuinely went out of his way to help with anything that came up. I always felt like I could reach out to him and he’d get back to me straight away. Really appreciate everything George did for me and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I was struggling to find a home, but I'm so glad I found, and thanks to Kyle Yousif the whole transition was great! He was very communicative and very helpful when it came to handeling resources and explaining legalities when it comes to the tenancy agreement and also regarding the gurantor! As a international student, he also was very helpful explaining my sister and I, how it usually works for students and he was very great following up with specific questions! If you need anything, specially as a student, Kyle is the agent to go!

I had a brilliant experience thanks to siobhan and joanna while looking for a two-bedroom flat in London. Siobhan first got in touch after I enquired via Zoopla, and from there both she and Joanna were incredibly responsive, professional, and easy to deal with throughout the whole process. They really listened to what I needed, kept me updated at every stage, and made everything feel much less stressful. Couldn't recommend them enough, huge thanks to both of you!
