Hunters we're special from the moment I stepped into the crookes office. There was a warmth, a feeling of being welcomed and listened to from the entire team. My contact was Ms. Ella Flanagan who was very much instrumental in seeing the purchase completed from day one to getting the keys. The smile and the spirit of the entire staff at crookes for viewing the property couple of times and stopping by to get doubts cleared is deeply appreciated. Incredible experience with Hunters with particular mention to Bex M. I live many miles away and she so professionally and with an unprecedented level of kindness helped to make sure my Uncles housing remained secure, despite red tape beyond anyone’s control. Thank you so much. We had a significant family bereavement recently, and it would have been my mum on the phone…. We recently sold our house through Hunters Crookes. They secured us a buyer at a good price and were helpful and easy to contact throughout the sale. We had some trouble with the buyer's solicitor and Ella and Amy at Hunters were invaluable in resolving the situation. We also had a good experience buying a house through Hunters a few years ago. Overall, we would not hesitate to recommend them.

Honestly I never leave reviews, but feel it's my duty to inform people that Hunters Liverpool are really bad at managing tenancies. There are many stories I can tell you about my time renting with them, but for now I'll only focus on their poor communication skills. The most recent example is that I received an email today about an issue in the apartment while I moved out in January 2021 (nearly 4 years ago!). During our tenancy we (me and my 3 housemates) unsuccessfully tried to get the agency to do something as simple as CC'ing all of the tenants in important emails, as we had very different schedules. Then, on multiple occasions, it happened to my old housemates and myself that we received emails about important things in the apartment (like in the screenshot) after we'd moved out. The only reason I'm writing this review is because an estate agent should be capable of sending emails to its tenants. That's one of their most important jobs: to keep their records up to date and communicate with the right people. If this had happened once or twice I wouldn't be writing this review, but I stopped counting and it's now a running joke between me and my old housemates: Oh, typically Hunters! 🙄

Thank you for your review. Please be aware that an agent has no obligation to communicate to multiples when there is one tenancy agreement in place. We can also confirm that all reported issues were dealt with timely and effectively. In terms of your recent communication, we can confirm that it did not originate from Hunters. A contractor made the error. Following works, the contractor chose an historic tenancy from the drop down box when using their software.
