I am so grateful for Helena's help and kindness during a stressful period. We have searched our call log, voicemails, emails & data base - There appears to be no record of you calling, emailing, leaving a voicemail or registering to enquire about properties. Sadly, we will occasionally experience 'fake reviews' or customers who proceed to leave comments like yours without due care or consideration to our team. We will report this review to Google.
