GoogleAbsolutely awful estate agents, shocking service the whole way through even for London, money money money. Be warned buyers, they will squeeze every penny out of you and go conniving behind your back and leave you without a paddle.

GoogleI would like to thank Manisha for her excellent service provided with letting my property. This was during the Christmas period and access with the outgoing tenants was difficult. Manisha went over and above her duty, fitting in evening viewings to ensure a successful letting could be achieved.

At the viewing, the agent, Arun, was exceptional, he answered all our questions with patience. When we expressed interest in the property, Manisha immediately took action to guide us through the next steps and kept us consistently updated throughout the process.

GoogleI had a viewing booked today with Manisha, one of the lettings agents at Hunters, and was left waiting outside the flat with no communication from her. I had received a confirmation email the day before and had also spoken to her earlier in the week, so I was expecting the appointment to go ahead as planned. When I called the agency to check if she was running late, I was met with unhelpful and rude responses, with no clarity on whether I should continue waiting or leave. Given that I had scheduled this during my lunch break to minimize time away from work, this lack of professionalism was incredibly frustrating. To make matters worse, I have yet to receive any follow-up or apology from Hunters, only an automated email asking how my (non-existent) viewing went. This experience has left me questioning the reliability of their service, and I would advise others to be cautious when booking with them.
