GoogleOur experience was probably very different to most. It took a lot longer than planned to get to the final goal but we got there in the end. James valued our property and dealt with that side whilst we were abroad on holiday. He was very efficient, professional and overall we were happy with the service Hunters provided. Enough to market our property with them whilst out of the country. Our property actually sold within 24 hours, due to location and pricing - which was advised by Hunters. We then had the support of Jemma who was constantly at the end of the phone and email (usually daily communication between us at the final stages). Jemma was there when we needed her to chase and get us through some difficulties but was always very positive and helpful. We had some hurdles along the way but we tackled them together and we were grateful for the long term support we were given. It was definitely one of the most stressful times we've experienced as a family but overall we would recommend Hunters if you are wanting to go through the selling/buying process. Personally I never want to move again, well at least for a few years! : )

GoogleFinally amazing agent! After meeting various agents to rent a flat (I had previously rejected nice and cheaper flats because of agents), I was lucky to come across Kevin from Hunters who showed me an apartment. He was honest, professional, polite and no pressure (a rarity). He understood the landlord, the apartment and me and matched me with an apartment explicitly. He was always available, knowledgeable and helpful with any questions. I moved in and my experience so far with Fiora, who managed my contract has been good.

GoogleWorst experience asked to view a property after calling and emailing numerous times , was told we will get back to you with times. When they got back to me and said we have now sold property. Why make a person wait to disappoint them in the end. I”am just responding to your below comments , the telephone conversation your mentioning below never happend, you just sent me email saying its no longer available and vendor has accepted. I have emails to prove this.

As per your telephone conversation with us earlier this week, we explained that due to the popularity of the property, unfortunately, whilst awaiting confirmation of viewing availability from the vendor for yourself and others, an offer from a previous viewer was made, which the vendor decided to accept. We therefore took instruction from the seller to halt any further viewings and agree the sale. We completely understand that this was not the outcome you had hoped for, and can confirm that your details are retained on file, should the sale fall through for any reason in the near future, whereby you will be notified.
