I recently rented an apartment with Vleron Llozhani and I he was incredible. Really attentive to what i needed in the flat, and finding a spot I could attend for the viewings and really considerate when discussing offers, move in date in a way that I have never experienced before with state agents. My goodness trying view house in Bingley which is a bungalow which was on for £225,000 is so so hard when working.I called and asked for a Saturday viewing and could not accommodate me for the next 2 Saturdays? Went away on holiday and the house has now dropped to £215000 I have asked for another viewing yesterday I said would come back and confirm as would need to see if my husband could make it. I called this morning and was booked in for tomorrow morning which was in my working hours but wanted to see house as sold mine and need a new home in this area. Was called back late afternoon to say that the other office should not have booked it as they have another viewer going and cancelled mine out. Asked if could go Saturday as viewing 2 houses in Bingley which both estate agent have accommodated for me to view today. I was told can not do Saturday . I have said okay I want to buy an house as I have sold mine and need to get moving with this. Really sad for person who this house is selling this as not only have they lost 10K they have lost a potential buyer if they liked it. This company needs more staff to accommodate people who need to view.

I recently bought an apartment in Hackney through Hunters and had a great experience. Alan was brilliant throughout the process, always on hand to help with my many questions and steered all parties (seller and solicitors) in the right direction to get to the quickest close possible. Hunters was also great in introducing me to contractors for refurb work, especially Emma who is a power house! I would deffo recommend Hunters and Alan specially for finding and buying a place.

I wish I could rate higher for my experience selling my house but unfortunately we felt really let down. We chose Hunters over other estate agents as we felt comfortable with James and all the selling points of being smaller than competitors and knowing our house better were positives for us (along with them looking after the whole process and pushing various parties etc). Unfortunately it felt like a private sale most of the time resulting in me having to do a lot of chasing of all parties and pushing thing through. I went a period of 6weeks with no updates - when I reached out and asked a question I was told to speak to my solicitor instead as they didn’t know (they should have known the answer). There were issues that were coming out weeks after they actually occurred and there seemed to be no drive to get this complete. I did feed back my experience on 2 or 3 occasions but I didn’t really see any meaningful action taken or things happen that they said they would do. On a positive, James was really proactive when we were listing and got photos done earlier than planned which was massively appreciated. I listed my house on Facebook before the official Rightmove listing was live which helped drive interest. Hunters listed on the Tuesday evening, we had a viewing on the Saturday where we received a face to face offer which was then made official on the Monday. Hunters had very little work to do in terms of enquiries as there was only one viewing that I conducted - there were also only 4 houses in the chain and we were the bottom with someone buying from rented but it still took from September to Mid-Feb to complete!! For the one listing, I was also told the person was a cash buyer who was ready to move quickly… it turned out she had about 1/4 of the money available, the rest she was hoping she would be gifted but wasn’t confirmed and the remainder tied up in premium bonds. This massively slowed things down but also made me question if we’d have had lots of viewings for people who didn’t have the money available. The lack of support from Hunters actually got so bad that at one point, the estate agent I was buying my new house through actually contacted my buyer directly to chase things and get updates rather than going through hunters… Our experience may be a one off, but when you’re spending over £2k and moving house is such a stressful time, you would want that money going to something that is going to help you and reduce stress whereas Hunters added to our stress

We can’t thank Alex enough for his incredible support and efficiency after we experienced water damage in January. From the moment we reported the issue, he took charge, ensuring that everything was handled as quickly and smoothly as possible. He coordinated electricians, carpet installers, and other professionals to get our home back to normal in record time. He even arranged for the removal of a damaged sofa after two years (the landlady previously refused to remove it). We’ve just completed the process of selling our house with Hunters after an absolute rollercoaster of a journey doing so, and I can’t speak highly enough of Ella who helped us through the entire mammoth venture. From day one Ella was super friendly and incredibly helpful, and remained so throughout the almost 400 days the entire thing took (through no fault of Hunters i must add!!!). She was always on the end of the line if we needed her and did things that needed doing quickly and efficiently, whilst keeping us in the loop the entire time. Despite being incredibly relieved that it’s all finally over, I’m genuinely going to miss Ella as we got on so well and actually managed to see the funny side of things, which made the whole process less stressful.
