We approached Fraser wheeler in dawlish for a valuation for the sale of our house .Paul Ranger turned up on time and very efficient and friendly, he talked us through all the procedure and gave us a very fair valuation. He took great photos of our property and were on their website the following day , this is the 2nd occasion we have used their service and can't speak highly enough for their efficiency, communication and updates . Paul Ranger deserves a special mention as he has been friendly and supportive throughout our sale. Please use the Fraser wheeler dawlish agency and experience the satisfaction we have ... We recently completed a sale with Hunters. We'd had the property on for 6 months without an acceptable offer so switched agent to these guys on a recommendation. We accepted an offer within 2 months of the switch. Huge thanks to Arun who went above and beyond as we were dealing with a couple of sets of slow solicitors and what transpired to be a difficult buyer. Also dealings with the rest of the team were very pleasant, really nice bunch and we do highly recommend using them.

I used Hunters (Bingley) for letting and for a sale. They managed letting better than Premier Lettings in Bingley that I had been using. And they put in the leg work for the sale when things needed chasing.
