Laura did well. Their unique process of tracking my property purchase was easy to follow up and get answer from relevant parties. One tiny frustration is that I need to follow up regularly to get things done. Otherwise they were fantastic! I will not hesitate to give 5 star. Honestly they finished my entire process in 8 weeks. As promised, they did my completion well before Christmas. Keep up the good work Laura!! Thanks for everything

I sold my house recently with Hunters estate agents in Bingley. I found the whole process of selling my house was very smooth and stress free thanks to Hunters Bingley. Jemma and Olivia dealt with my sale and can honestly say they were so professional and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. They found me lots of viewings and was always in regular contact with me. I highly recommend selling your house with them. They were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish ! 10/10 to you both and thank you once again x

I needed a place quickly due to my new job and Emma really pulled through. I rang around numerous other local estate agents where they ignored me, never responded or were quite rude on the phone. I can safely say this did NOT happen to me with Hunters Bingley. The first lady I spoke to (I didn't catch her name) was so nice, informative, helpful and friendly. Since then, I have been dealing with Emma and she's been fantastic. She's responsive, has answered any questions and was very accommodating towards my very short time span.

I have only ever had a positive experience with Hunters. They stepped in after a very bad experience with my previous letting agent and I’m glad I chose them. Holly has been very efficient, professional and helpful throughout the process of negotiating the rental agreement. She has been very prompt in replying to emails and queries, and was very patient in explaining details that were not fully clear to me. It turned the process into a very positive experience.

I've received an excellent service from the agency. Fast, flexible with scheduling viewings, and super-responsive. Ceejay showed me the flat, processed all my enquiries and facilitated my offer: from viewing to an offer in 3.5h is something of a world record! Recommended!

I can’t speak highly enough of Andy Jake, Emma and all the team at Hunters in Harborne. From my very first meeting with Jake to discuss pricing and marketing of my home I was certain I had chosen the correct agents, his professional and above all honest discussions about how they would deal with my sale left me feeling at ease from that first meeting. The photography was extremely professional and showed my property to its fullest potential, the photographs looked amazing , I was very happy with these too. I had 4 viewings over a few weeks and had a near asking price offer which I accepted from the 4th person to view who loved the house immediately. There was no long drawn out negotiation involved and as soon i accepted the offer the MOS was sent out within a few days and I exchanged and completed in a little over 12 weeks which fitted in perfectly with my new purchase. Just want to say a huge Thank You to all the team who kept me updated and stress free through out the whole process. I really cannot recommend them highly enough. Fantastic service. We just bought our first home with Dominic Blake and the team, and it was truly a positive experience! Dominic was professional, approachable, and responsive. When my first solicitor suddenly closed my file without any notice or communication, Dominic immediately checked with me. Thanks to him, I was informed promptly and was able to act quickly to minimise the unnecessary delay. It surprised me that they also work with a sales progressor who would keep communicating and chasing on both parties and kept everyone updated; it really helped when my first solicitor wasn’t responding.
