Hunters (Dominic Blake) acted for me in the sale of a flat in South East London. The flat had a B2 EWS1 rating due to cladding and Hunters were one of the only estate agents willing to try and sell the flat. I could not faut the process they ran and they were not deterred when an initial buyer pulled out late in the process. A second sale involved a very challenging buyer and solicitors but Hunters were extremely proactive in troubleshooting and keeping the process moving forward. Helen Pittard and Sami King who picked up work when Dominic was out of office were also brilliant. Would thorough recommend for any property sales in London.

So far the best agency I've dealt with. Communication was always clear and timely, and any questions I had were answered with clarity. The whole process, from viewing to moving in was smooth which is not something you can say about every agency. Any issues were picked up and promptly communicated to the landlords.
