I've being their client for almost one year now and I just signed my second tenancy agreement. Everything was smooth and even the smallest problem was solved promptly. Plus, the staff is super friendly. Highly raccomanded.

Hunters provides a polite and professional service. Everyone at the office is friendly. I have enjoyed my interactions with Abi and her colleagues at the office. Mike Chrysokhou, especially, is a star. His help is always reassuring and effective. A heating issue last Christmas was dealt with promptly and compassionately by him. Very much appreciated.

Having worked with the team at Hunters for over three years, I can confidently recommend their services to other busy landlords. I have always found the team to be friendly and professional. Regular inspections and excellent communication with tenants ensures that properties are managed to a high level. I am especially thankful to Office Manager Tracey who has seamlessly managed the minefield that is 'Selective Licencing'. The most important aspect to working with Hunters is the knowledge and expertise of MD Mike. His advice with regards to the local letting market is second to none. Lady Smith Ltd have been working alongside Hunters (Liverpool) for the past 8 months. We currently carry out routine and emergency work for the Tenants and Landlords in which they manage. Hunters are excellent. They are efficient, hard working and incredibly reliable. They have a dedicated team which caters for every need of he customer. If Lady Smith Ltd were to expand in the future - Hunters (Liverpool) would be our first port of call to manage our property. They are highly recommended.

We bought a flat through Hunters, and very happy with the experience. Hunters, and Alex in particular kept us informed, and were very helpful throughout the process. Our purchase took longer as we still had to receive an offer on our flat beforehand, but Alex was great in working with us and then helping to provide information as the sale progressed., Very happy to recommend Hunters in the future.

Reading the negative feedback from Mr Boeteng, I have to agree..... I went down to the office to register last Saturday - 15th April & the office was closed at 12.05pm. No one there.....?! I wanted to register my details & request a viewing but as Hunters were closed on a Saturday, I couldn't get my viewing. Very frustrating but I feel sorry for their owners who probably don't even know that this company have very few staff, preventing people like me from viewing their properties. I spoke to them on the phone Monday, but no one called me back to book in a viewing........ I've since bought a property through another agent but would definitely not use Hunters again.

We actually had two members of staff in the office all day on Saturday so you must be confusing us with one of our competitors! Would never use them again! I was led to believe this company was an independent business, but unfortunately learnt after signing up that they're a franchise, part of a big chain. I found Fleur to be quite pleasant on my first meeting but when things started going downhill I soon saw her true colours- quite rude & patronising! With hindsight she over valued my Apartment by £30,000 & when she demanded a price reduction 2 weeks after signing up, didn't like it when I said no, reminding her she valued it at the higher price not me! They said they'd do the viewings for me but when it came to it, they gave excuses saying they were double booked or a colleague was delayed so could I do them. This messed me about & I wasn't happy. I recently went to collect my keys on a Saturday last month & the office was locked with no one there?! I then found out it's often locked on a Saturday as only 1 staff member is in who goes out on appointments. No one to cover so the office is locked. I had to go back on Monday. I was understandably fuming because I wouldn't have chosen this company had I known they have very few staff & often close up on Saturdays. After arguing with Fleur, I've ripped up my contract with Hunters & have gone to a more professional agent. The new agent have provided better presented particulars of my property & better service. I've now sold my apartment & am pleased Hunters aren't getting the commission after the terrible service & misleading me on the price of my apartment.
