We would describe Hunters of Frodsham and Mrs Alison Holton in particular as dedicated, thorough, persistent, always positive and cheerful, polite, knowledgeable, tireless and realistic. It was a pleasure to work with Hunters until our house was sold. .

GoogleAbbismal service, was told at a viewing that if we paid the application fee applications would be closed and we would be going through the paperwork to move in. We immediately put the fee down following the viewing and waited a day for the forms to be sent. When we followed this up the next day we were told that other applicants were allowed to apply and had that morning and subsequently the landlord had decided to go with other tenants. This is entirely against what we were categorically told on the day. I am currently awaiting follow up information from hunters but I am appalled at the lies and misinformation this company has given out.

GoogleIn a property managed by Hunters, Huddersfield. I am being forced to move out due to lack of concern, care or consideration from them. They do not care about the tenants as long as they 're receiving the rent for the landlord. They allowed me to move into a property that needed a load of unforseen repair works (failed to tell me there was an escape of water from the flat above and one year on it still hasn't been fixed, hence why I am moving out.) They have also put the property back on to the market without doing the repairs. I refuse to let another innocent tenant be put through the distress and inconvenience they have caused me since day one. They also refused to give me a reference until I had already handed my notice in, essentially making me homeless in 30 days of the application had fallen through. Worst customer service, they do not do any maintenance or repairs and you have to constantly chase them otherwise they forget about you for several months at a time.

GoogleHuge thanks to all the team for looking after the rental of our property so well; we approached Hunters as we have had a very positive experience with their Block Management Service and we hoped the Hunters Office in Huddersfield would be able to give a similar level of service for a rental property. They absolutely have, at each and every step of the way we have been given great advice, nothing has ever been too much trouble and from the get go we felt that the whole team is dedicated and professional. Ours was not an easy let as the property needed some works done before being ready for the rental market, Lorraine was brilliant at getting in very competitive quotes, making sure the jobs were completed on time and on budget (they all were and we're delighted with the results) and Jamie-Lee was equally ace at finding a super tenant. We feel very reassured that the property is being managed by Hunters and hope that the tenant feels equally looked after. As (unfortunately) we don't live close by, it was great to have regular email updates from Hunters and whenever I've phoned the office, everyone knows exactly what's going on and can update immediately. Our only regret is not having approached Hunters sooner. We can't thank you enough and look forward to working with you from here on. You are terrific!

GoogleI have been dealing with Hunters for many years now both in terms as a landlord and also doing block management. They provide a fantastic, efficient and professional service. They let and manage 4 properties for me and I have never had any issues with them. They keep the void periods to a minimum and my tenants are always very happy with the service they receive from them on a maintenance basis, they pay my rent on time every month. I would highly recommend them.

They are very professional and always strive to get us the best tenants; who have all been great, the tenants themselves are happy with Hunters, we have never received any complaints, I would recommend them to anyone who has a property to let or anyone looking for a property

GoogleWe have used Hunters at Crookes for several years now. They manage two rental properties for us. Their prices are competitive and we have full confidence that they have our and our tenants best interests at heart. Their great local reputation means that when tenants have moved on the properties are re let very quickly. The staff there are always ready to talk with us if we have any questions both on the phone and face to face when necessary.. We recommended Hunters to find a tenant, at short notice, for my sister in law. She told us that she was much happier with the service she received with Hunters than the previous agent she used. GoogleMy experience with Hunters was amazing, id given up on estate agents trying to sell my house. But the best decision i made was to choose hunters. The promises they made they kept. Steph and Dan kept me upto date and were always on the otherside of the phone when i needed them. Amy's weekly calls to keep me in the picture all the time. My family were so happy with service hunters had provided us. A MASSIVE THANK YOU TO ALL THE TEAM OF HUNTERS. You always made me feel part of the Hunters family. BEST ESTATE AGENTS. GoogleThese lot that are supposed to be 'student friendly' will come up with all kinds of lies and claims to squeeze the last penny out of students who are already struggling. I'd recommend letting with these agents if you want your student experience to be absolutely miserable and they constantly harass you through phone calls etc. Avoid at all costs
