After having several local estate agents out to discuss putting our property on the market it was a clear and easy decision to go with Hunters. Rebekah was so professional and knowledgable but approachable and friendly at the same time. Both my wife and I felt we had the backing of a team that could ultimately achieve a sale on our property and in turn then look after us thereafter. Lisa is without any doubt outstanding when it comes to progressing the sale and keeping tabs on what’s going on and keeping in contact so we were aware of exactly what stage the sale was at right the way through to completion. Selling a property is as we all know a stressful process and I can say with confidence that if you choose hunters the team will hold your hand through the journey and look after you with the very best attention. View AgentsLandlords - you paid them but you ended up doing their management jobs
The team talk sweetly and tend to look after tenants than landlords. Having deducted full management fees, you did more work than they did. They won't tell you if they inspected property half-way through the tenancy. You'd be puzzled whether they inspected.. Totally passive! We got passed around from person to person, even simple enquiry such as energy provider needs a 2nd phone call. If you had a foreign tenant, they did not check out tenant's commitment to service bills payment when 'they vacated mid-term'. They did not submit disputes to TDS, Yet, they said they did everything by the book. We made a bad choice. We changed to some others.

GoogleI had been with a different agent, and was disappointed with their service and changed to Hunters, Highfield Road. I had not realised they were part of a national franchise, and I did get viewings from people moving to Blackpool from various different areas, as well as plenty from people local to the house. I always got feedback without having to chase, and if I needed to ask anything they always took the time to speak to me. Lindsay the sales progressor did an amazing job as completion was not at all straight forward. Not only did they sell my house, they also found me a really good home to move to which will give me just the right amount of work to do! So thank you Paul, Gareth and the team!

GoogleDon't use these people!! By far the worst letting agency ever. The manager does absolutely nothing. All sweet at the beginning of contact...then take all your money at the end. Be very careful! Record all conversations
