GoogleI'm reviewing Hunters from the perspective of a buyer, not the seller who pays their commission, so my experience is probably different when you're the customer. I found Hunters ok, although they could have gone to a bit more effort to accomodate my requests and facilitate communication with the buyer. They also frequently failed to return phone calls, respond to emails and provide me with details I'd asked for. The worst part of my Hunters experience was their sales pressure to use their resident mortgage broker (Tony D). I won't give his full name, but I found him to be an amatuer and chancer. Anyone can submit mortgage applications in the hope that one of them gets accepted and call themselves an "expert", but that's to the detriment of the applicant. I'd buy a property with Hunters again, but don't listen to their mortgge broker sales rubbish. Just say "no" and find your own mortgage instead.

I would like to apologise to you if you felt we wasn't getting back to you as quickly as possible as this is something we try to do. We have recently changed our mortgage adviser and feel we are now really strong in this area. Again I'm sorry that your experience wasn't how you would expect it to be but hopefully if we meet again will hopefully be able to change your concerns. GoogleWe chose Hunters to sell our house based on the initial visit and valuation from Rachel. Rachel came across as very warm, knowledgeable and genuine - qualities that I hoped would help to sell the house. We were really happy with the photos taken - the quality of Hunters photos on other houses was one of the things that made me call them in the first place. We actually had our first offer after just over a week. When our initial sale fell through (due to a flaky buyer) Hunters staff were really great about it and gave us confidence that we would find another buyer. We had another offer again within a week. When it came to dealing with the actual sale and solicitors etc,Chris on the sales team seemed to be quite active in chasing things up and pushing things along. We found that Chris was always easily contactable, always answered emails and phone calls quickly. Overall a very positive experience with a more personal service than I feel I would have had from other agents. I would definitely recommend Hunters.

GoogleHunters are the most professional and personal Estate Agents in the Liverpool area, once you deal with them, if looking to live in Liverpool, you will not need to go anywhere else ever again!
If you are looking to buy, give them your specifications and they will keep you updated with the latest properties fitting your criteria via email or telephone, in my experience a lot of other estate agents seem to forget they have a telephone and they NEVER remember your name.
If you are looking to sell, you will receive the most personal service from any estate agent. In my case, Kevin attended my apartment and after a quick survey and conversation he advised on a sale price, he took professional photographs and ensured that I was happy with the process every step of the way. He is the most approachable, humble and down to earth guy, who is always readily available to discuss your ongoing sale.
Once the sale is in process Sales Negotiator's Michael or Phil look after your property, they as with Kevin are both professional, humble and extremely hard working guys. Nothing is ever too much.
I had Michael deal with the sale of my property, the only way I can describe him is like a dog with a bone. Once he has seen your property he makes it his mission to become an advocate of it until it is sold. He is excellent at promoting your property and will not rest until he has people through the door and after that the offers will start rolling in.
Case in point, he had my property sold after one day. ONE DAY!
Phil looked after the purchase of my next property in Liverpool, he kept me informed every step of the way. Nothing was ever too much, even on the fifth and sixth times I wanted to go back to view he sorted it out, no questions asked. Even replying to emails I had sent when he had popped into work on his day off.
Excellent service going way above and beyond.
If you want your property moved on in a short amount of time or are sick of getting emails from other estate agents with properties that don't even fit your stated criteria. Are yearning for a professional, personal service and just are not sure which estate agent to go with.
Hunters are the people to see. You cannot put a price on a personal service.
