GoogleCharged me for engineer visit without obtaining vat receipt or invoice for the charges. I already had appliances insurance cover with clear instructions from me to contact the insurance in emergency. This was carried out by their rent desk agent named Donna who still work there. I would have reported them to ombudsman if they didn't refund me.

GoogleThe worst of the worst. No communication, slow service and rude, disinterested staff. I practically had to beg for updates on my sale. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

GoogleThe property was sold before we went to see it (there was a sold sign outside the door), we weren’t notified, and no-one turned up to the viewing.

GoogleHelen Easlea and Lauren Rowsell are worth every penny of the agent's fee and more! They both worked incredibly hard to get our property under offer and then to push through an extremely protracted sale with our tricky buyer. Communication was excellent throughout and both were honest when things weren't straightforward. Highly recommended if you're selling in Abbey Wood. As a side note, we also went with their recommended conveyancing solicitor (Amy Burton at Cook Taylor Woodhouse), who were excellent.

GoogleI recently approached Hunters for their assistance in renting out a property for me. I've dealt with other estate agents in Abbey Wood before, but none of them have come close to the friendly approach and helpfulness of the staff here. My main contact was Nicole, she was extremely welcoming and professional and nothing was too much trouble. She took control of the whole process and left me with very little to do. The property was up for rent in no time and was taken in a matter of days. Thankyou so much Nicole for all your help, a fantastic team. 5*++++

GoogleWe’re in the process of purchasing a property advertised at Hunters Abbey Wood and have had a great experience so far! Helen was fantastic from the onset and accommodated a later than usual viewing. In terms of communication, she has been very responsive throughout and is a genuinely lovely person who has been so helpful thus far.

GoogleThe team have dealt with two sales for me over the last two years and are now dealing with a third. During all the process (from viewings, negotiating offers and progressing the sale) they have all been superb. I was always kept fully up to date and dealt with in the most friendly and efficient manner.I could not have asked for more. I have had a lot of dealings with estate agents over the last twenty years and can honestly say that this team have been the best .

GooglePoor communication throughout, was led to believe the property was taken off the market (after a congratulations email from the MD on my purchase) and got gazumped. Even on the day I submitted my documentation, I still wasnt told of another offer.
Thank you for your comments Daniel, we welcome all feedback, good or bad. On this occasion we felt it best to clarify a couple of things. When your offer was accepted it was explained that it was accepted subject to receiving proof of funding and solicitors details - in the current climate this is standard procedure for almost all estate agents. It wasn't for another seven days until this documentation was submitted. In this time our office and our offer qualification team made five attempts to contact you with no response. Unfortunately, in this time another buyer submitted a higher offer and submitted proof of funds to us - at this point our client instructed us to accept the higher offer and remove the property from the market. We then tried to call you again to make you aware but were again unable to contact you. Whilst i understand your disappointment we have to follow the correct procedures and we had made every effort to get the necessary documentation from you so we could remove the property from the market. Since this, we have even gone to the lengths of dropping leaflets through letter boxes of comparable houses on the same street to try and find you a house - we will be in touch should we get a response from this. In the meantime, good luck with your property search and thank you again for your comments.
