We had some last minute concerns with our onward purchase that the Hunters team stepped in and assisted with, and this was above and beyond the normal remit I would guess..... Tom Molloy, who came to value our property, was professional, courteous, friendly and didn't pressurise us into using their services. He took great care in explaining the selling process and answered all our questions. Other Estate Agents could learn a lot from his manner. Throughout the sale everyone in the Solihull office was brilliant, especially Julie, who had the arduous task of having to deal with the estate agent dealing with our house purchase and it was some chain, she deserves a medal! Overall we can not fault the experience with the Hunters Solihull team. We'd certainly recommend them to anyone thinking of selling their house.

Certain aspects of the sale weren't straightforward and Mark was a star in terms of keeping communication open and helping to negotiate through some of the potential sticking points. He is also friendly, down to earth, very efficient and on the ball which helps when things elsewhere are moving slowly or becoming stressful. I can't recommend Hunters highly enough - particularly Mark!

He couldn't do enough to help once I told him I was travelling on my own, advising me that if I had any concerns about anything he was on the end of the phone. Mark's particular brand of Yorkshire kindness took a lot of my anxiety away.
Jenny was equally helpful as she showed me round the two properties I was interested in, providing lots of information about the area. Although the properties weren't suitable this time I would have no hesitation in using Hunters again or recommending them to others. Such lovely people.
