I am pleased I contacted him. our house was empty for couple of months being advertised by another state agent and their excuse was our rooms are too small, we had to pay bills for two houses but luckily, I contacted Tommy and he found a good tenant straight away for us even before putting the photos up on the website. GoogleDealt with Anita (in house Mortgage broker) and had a pleasant experience. Discussed my requirements at the initial meet and Anita assured me that she could find me a great product. She went out of her way to speak to the bank directly prior to applying, informing them of my situation (not as straight forward). I was then happy to proceed and within finding a property had the survery conducted in two days and mortgage offer was released within a week.
Couldn't ask for anything more, can't beat the service and always nice to deal with someone honest and direct (too many other people promising what they can't deliver).
Will be recommending to my friends.
