We put our property for sale with Hunters Beverley a few weeks ago and have been thoroughly impressed with the service they provide. Compared to our previous experiences of estate agents Hunters Beverley are miles ahead in the level of service they provide. The viewings were taken care of for us which took a lot of stress away from us having to free up time for viewings. Extremely quick sale thanks to Hunters excellent advertising of our property and also their expertise when dealing with viewings. Extremely friendly, dedicated staff, particularly the manager who goes over and beyond what I expected for an estate agent to provide. Would highly recommend,

I am so pleased with the service I got from Hunters Estate Agents in Beverley. Their fees were on a par with anyone elses, I did approach other estate agents, but the team at Hunters impressed me, from my first phone call. They were also very proactive in finding me a buyer. They handled my house sale with exemplorary service and expertise. Fiona in particular was great, nothing was too much trouble for her. If I could give all the team more stars I would do. We bought our first house through Hunters in Beverley and we had an extremely smooth experience. From the day we booked in for our first viewing through to completion day they kept in touch with phone calls and emails to keep us up to date with the process, always explaining things thoroughly, which is always helpful being a first time buyer. I Would recommend Hunters to anyone thinking of selling as I was very impressed with their professionalism on viewings and their accommodation for weekends and after hour appointments. We spent time on the market with another local agent and the experience was really poor. They made mistakes that cost us a buyer, failed to complete financial checks before taking us off the market and were very reactive. We switched to Hunters and the experience was far better and got us the result we wanted. I can not recommend them more. Other agents don’t proactively follow the sale through whereas Leanne and her team didn’t stop proactively pushing the sale through until the day we completed. We also bought our next property from them and saw the other side of the sale process, they excelled there too. You get what you pay for!

Poor service so far from this estate agents. Booked a viewing for a Sunday earlier this week, called on Friday and confirmed appointment, still no email. Turned up for the viewing and nobody was there. Absolute waste of time!!

We bought our most recent house with Hunters (Sutton Coldfield) and I would highly recommend them for any house purchase or sale. From initial contact to completion they were friendly, professional and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and stress free house purchase. Unlike many other Sutton Coldfield based estate agents I have dealt with over the years, the staff at Hunters provided a real personal touch and were extremely approachable and professional and more importantly (to me) came without any hard sell tactics. I have also moved my rental property to be looked after by Hunters, which was speedily rented within two days of being advertised and again the rental and subsequent tenants move in came with no stress and was dealt with fantastically by the rental team. I can honestly say, that now I would not use anyone else for buying, selling or renting a property. Thanks for your continued support Hunters. A very happy customer :)

Not very impressed. No answer when I rang to office, left messages but no response from them. My partner did get through once and was told that the person dealing would ring back, no response. So if you are Selling with them think again as they are losing potential customers by not responding to requests fro viewings

Took a few calls before someone finally answered. Phoned to view a property but very unhelpful. Not even trying to accommodate or be helpful!! Appears they'r not interested in selling properties or cant be bothered to show you around properties your interested in!!
