GoogleHave used Hunters for a number of years as a letting agent, could be a bit more pro-active (usually me who has to chase when contract is up) but this has improved in the last 6 months. Staff are quick to get back to me and always pleasant.

GoogleDO NOT USE THIS ESTATE AGENT. On the 18.10.2018 I was appointed to see an apartment at 41 Mill West, Sowerby Bridge, HX6 3JH. (I hope the landlord is reading this) We agreed a time of 16:45 but due to traffic my sat nav advised I would be eleven minutes late. I called the office at 16:25 and after a few minutes of waiting for somebody to answer the telephone I was greeted. I advised the lady I was running late by eleven minutes and was told the agent showing me around cannot wait for me because she finishes at 5pm. I asked why would it be booked with only 15 minutes to spare for viewing and the reply I received from a manager at hunters was “you only get five minutes to view the property. The manager I had the displeasure of conversing with was named Nicola Thompson. She is rude, cocky and full of self importance with no regard for customer service or a potential tennents interest or the landlord of the property who contributes to her salary. I feel I had a lucky escape. I hope her superiors read this as well as the landlord who owns the property I was going to view. She needs to enroll in a customer service role and soon, personally I’d fire her but unfortunately this is what happens when you allow the inexperienced and possibly inadequate into a junior management role. I will post on every review site I can because of this women’s attitude with the hope her bosses react and teach her how to behave towards potential and existing customers.

GoogleI am currently living in a property which is managed by Hunters and we couldn’t be happier! From the moment we viewed the house they went above and beyond to ensure they could do everything they possibly could to secure us getting the house we wanted. Everybody in the office is friendly and helpful always willing to answer our problems ASAP no matter how big and small. Couldn’t ask for better estate agents! Jamie Lee in particular has always gone above and beyond, especially before moving in to ensure it all went as quickly and smoothly as possible. Thank you. Highly recommend !

GoogleJamie Lee was great in organising my property let in April 2018. I arrived late due to traffic on the Saturday to collect the keys and she stayed around to ensure I got them in time. Clear instructions and information to follow, I would recommend Hunters as it was pain free in such a stressful time when you are moving house, thanks Jamie Lee for a great service! Poppy ( :

GoogleI have been so impressed by the Hunters rental team from West Hampsted , in particular Armun Peerooze, in organising the rental of my Kilburn flat. As a first time land lord and living abroad Hunters have made the rental of my property so smooth and easy. The Hunters team worked sohard to find a tenant for me and kept me updated with relevent developments. Being abroad seemed to make no difference to their rental process and I really am so thankful to their hard work. THANK YOU Hunters- I can not recomment this company highly enough.

GoogleWe recently rented our 1 bed apartment through Simon Pochopien at Hunters. We managed to view 3 flats all within close proximimity of each other on a mid-week evening, and within a week had a contarct signed for one of them. The contract negotitations were quick, and Simon went out of his way to stay late in the office on the day which we collected our keys to ensure we could gain acess to the flat before the bank holiday weekend.
