Outstanding service and very nice people - We just sold our Grade 2 listed property through Hunters Harborne. Their service has been outstanding - Andy and Jake have been superb in their approach to the market and their communication with us, despite the challenges caused by Brexit and the lockdown. We would highly recommend them if you are looking for a reliable, knowledgable, friendly and always accessible agent at a reasonable rate in the area.

Disgusting experience! Pure mafia. Avoid!!! Colin and Lauren rob my money and good. They dismantled a bunk-bed and throw lodgers things away. They re-let rooms in my property without permission. They rentes rooms without my permission. My claim to the head office is still open and unresolved. Run if you don’t wanna end up involved dealing with multiple issues which cost you money!

Hunters have been absolutely fantastic in finding me a home to rent in the middle of a pandemic. Chloe was so friendly and helpful throughout all of our correspondence, she was patient with me and very understanding of any concerns I had. I honestly couldn’t recommend hunters enough. I love the house, it’s perfect for me.

I just collected the keys to my new home from Chloe yesterday. She was really responsive from the get go and always answered any questions I had. When in the office everyone was professional and polite. Chloe explained everything to me in detail regarding corresponding with the estate agents and she provided me with all the relevant information with regards to EPC certificates and the likes. The house I will be moving into is of really high quality too. Many thanks.

We were helped by Julie when searching for a new home as a young family upsizing and coming into a sought after area of Solihull. Julie was careful to listen to our requirements and show us a range of houses that demonstrated the variety on offer and particularly how we could get a bit more for our money for minor changes to our criteria and some DIY /investment. We settled on a property we absolutely love and for a price that represented genuine value. Julie clearly knows the local market very well and I am looking to work with her again for close family members. Thanks Julie!
