GoogleMeticulous bunch of people in the Worcester Park branch. Our property was in the market through another estate agent. Chris from Hunters contacted us and expressed the keenness to market the property. Hunters promised that they will be the ones to find a buyer first, and they did indeed. Vic and Min both are very helpful. Good thing about them is that they keep reasonable interests of both seller and buyer in mind. Would definitely do business with them again in future.

GoogleWe’ve had some interesting experiences with estate agents in the past, but we were pleasantly surprised with the great service provided by Hunters; particularly Billie Booth, who was our main point of contact during the purchase process. She’s been pleasant, efficient and, most importantly, responsive, from our first viewings right up until we collected our keys. It was also a comfort knowing that Sue was chasing both ends of the deal to move things along and stay informed of where we were at in the process. GoogleIt is with regret and frustration that I have to leave this review. Over the past two months, Hunters have refused to do anything about a leaking roof that I have had to endure in a rented house. I have called multiple times to speak to someone, to which I am told I will get a call back, and never do. I have sent emails asking for communication and for something to be done about it, and had no reply. Once you have signed a contract with this estate agent, you will suddenly become completely unimportant and you won’t receive any kind of customer service. I now have a rotting ceiling that leaks water into the master bedroom, I have sent photos, yet no one seems to care. They did on one occasion have the audacity to tell me the work had been completed! All while the water was coming in. If anyone is thinking of renting a property in Sheffield, look elsewhere. I have lived here five years and every other company I have used has been much better. I last emailed two weeks ago and got no reply. I don’t expect this work will ever be done, but if anyone fancies sorting it out, please do.

GoogleI have nothing but the highest praise for Amy Buckley at the Crookes branch of Hunters. This year she sold my father's house for me, working tirelessly to resolve certain issues over several months. I particularly appreciated the fact that she contacted me every week to keep me informed of progress, even when there was nothing to report. I found Amy's manner friendly yet professional at all times, and would definitely go back to her again if I had to sell another house. I've dealt with quite a few estate agents in Sheffield over the past 10 years, and Amy was far and away the best.

GoogleMy experience to date with Hunters Crookes could not have gone any better. Jordan in particular is supportive and caring and a true professional! When selling my home she has provided me with regular and timely updates to keep me in the loop. Jordan talked me through the process and provided me with reassurance. Jordan has answered my phone calls and messages to do with me buying my next home and has taken the time & effort to go the extra mile. Amy also has been very thorough, informative and helpful. Both these lovely ladies are a credit to the Hunters Team and make you feel valued and respected.

We didn't want to have to move around once we settled into a home for our 3+ year stay and Hunters has made us feel right at home. GoogleReuben is extremely helpful. He's a straight up guy who clearly explains processes and procedures as you go along. He answers all questions and queries as quickly as you ask! He will go above and beyond to place you in the right property. Definitely ask for Reuben when you go to Hunters. A+

GoogleTERRIBLE, AVOID AT ALL COSTS We've just finished renting a property via Hunters for the past year. While the initial flat finding process was smooth, once we'd agreed on a flat the service broke down from there. Poor communication, disorganised with keys, we got given the master set accidentally and then the wrong set, one evening I got locked in by some builders from another flat who had been given keys they should not have. Our flat had damp, a sewer smell, crumbling windowsills/sideboards, fault front door lock, and only one shared Water meter for both flats. We escalated these issues as they arose and each time via email or telephone it required repeated chasing to get any reply. Often I would receive no reply to my email or people did not know what the issues were. They were as useless as the landlord in replying. After we'd left we didn't hear from anyone for 2 weeks and I had to chase our deposit return and leaving processes. They didn't seem to have a clue what was going on, are disorganised, disjointed, and frankly shouldn't be paid to run such a poor property management service of properties with major issues such as damp and open sewer pipes. I'm in contact with the tenants of the other flats and they have all had the same experience. DO NOT USE HUNTERS IN STOKE NEWINGTON Oh, and not a single repair we ever raised every got resolved. That flat remains damp, with a faulty front door lock, and an open sewer pipe. 12 months of paying rent and Hunters being paid property management for what?

GoogleSuch a professional service from start to finish from every one of the team at Hunters. The pictures were fantastic on my property, they were extremely helpful and answered all of my questions, they make a blinding cup of tea as well! I can’t recommend them enough, the knowledge they have in the area is second to none & I felt they always had time for me. Thank you again to everyone at Hunters.

GoogleAfter having put my house up for sale with an estate agent in Bramley and receiving sub standard service I decided to instruct Hunters (Pudsey branch) instead and couldn't have been happier with the service I received. Kirsty was very polite, knowledgeable and diligent, she came and took photos of the property and did a much better job than the previous agents. My house got plenty of interest and sold really quickly and I was kept informed throughout the whole process. Kirsty has been a star!! I would recommend!

GoogleHunters were recommended to us by a friend and I'm so glad that we took their advice! From booking the valuation to receiving an offer of the asking price within 6 days of the property being on the market - the whole experience has been without fault!! All the team at Pudsey are very professional yet approachable & friendly. We have also been lucky enough to buy our next home through Hunters but should we ever sell again I wont hesitate to use or recommend their services again!

GoogleDavid and team have been great, they sold the house within a week of it being online - the board went up on Thursday and was sold by Saturday!! David's expertise helped us get a better price than other agents had valued the property at.
