Excellent experience finding a flat with Hunters West Hampstead over the Christmas period! Cant compliment Jamaica, Courtney and Jordan enough. They managed to sort everything out and I got the keys before new years. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends!

Fantastic team. Great to respond and supportive throughout the process. Kimberly, Faye and the team were on the ball, notes were kept on any communications and updates provided regularly. One of the most impressive thing about Hunters was the times they were responding to emails and messages, on Sundays and evenings. I know that this kind of service is not available from other agents and really helps to aliviate some of the stress that always occurs during the process. They were also the safest by far when coming to value the house. Great covid process in place. Brief viewing of property with PPE, not touching items and then excellent follow up after. Thank you ladies, I will definitely be recommending you!!

Despite confirming all details and timings, the viewing was not confirmed as the team could not be bothered to check their email in time. I travelled from London to Sutton Coldfield for viewings and emailed them on the morning of the viewings for contact details. I was told that the viewings were not confirmed as I had apparently not provided my address and mobile number. These details were provided to them 3 days ago over email on a mail chain with over 7 emails on it. Very unprofessional behaviour as my trip has been wasted. Please make sure to call and pester them to send you confirmations as the agency seems to be technologically challenged and unable to use email communications properly and effectively.

Mr Argal I have checked all of our viewings and all of our entries against your name and I cannot find anything and I am disappointed that this is the first I have heard of your complaint. I can however assure you that as you would have been travelling from London to Sutton Coldfield within lockdown 3.0, we would have made more checks than ever due to new lockdown restrictions and in fact a virtual tour of the property would have been sent to you prior to anything being booked in. We also do not arrange viewings for the same day as we need to provide our clients with sufficient notice so again I feel there has been a misunderstanding somewhere. We all have access to our emails 24/7 so to quote that we could not be 'bothered' to check in time I can guarantee is not accurate.

Really disappointed by the general attitude and quality of this estate agents. Lazy emailing and lack of communication, which was completely disregarded when we tried to resolve this. I really don't recommend.

We have just secured our house sale with Hunters. They had it listed and under offer in just over one week. Alex and the team were always quick to return calls and emails and were instrumental in keeping the process moving, despite Covid and Hackney Council system cyber attack. Very happy customers!

Hunters, and in particular Kimberley, have gone above and beyond in supporting us through our house sale. Whilst looking for our new house we have dealt with a number of other estate agents in the area and none have come anywhere near the standards offered by Hunters. Cannot recommend highly enough.
