Hunters were brilliant for our move, very responsive and helpful throughout the process. Jordan was a great help not just in finding the flat but also with any queries I had further along the line. He, along with Jamaica and Chelsea, were incredibly responsive at almost all hours! Highly recommend.

If you're looking to buy or sell in this area, I'd highly recommend Hunters in Yeadon. They handled everything for us for both our sale and purchase, they were quick to respond with any issues or queries, and they were generally very helpful throughout the whole process. Thanks to David, Kim, Tom and the rest of the team. Hopefully won't be doing this again anytime soon, but if we do we'll be back.

5/5 for Oliver. 1/5 for the customer service provided by Hunters. Putting 3 as the median. Oliver is an absolute benefit to Hunters and has been the only member of the team to show an interest in the issues with the property myself and my partner have lived in. I would not recommend Hunters, however I would certainly recommend Oliver. He has an absolutely fantastic attitude and commercial mindset. Oliver should become a sole trader and give Hunters a run for their money. Keep up the smashing work Oliver! FYI - a lot of these reviews don't add up. There is one below that mentions that they are a first time buyer... but if you click on the reviews they have gave, they have gave a review to another Sheffield based estate agent regarding buying a property 8 months earlier...

Hunters are an AMAZING, and I urge everyone in the area to use them if they are after an estate agent. I dealt with Kimberley whilst purchasing my home through Hunters. Kimberley was an incredible help, support and a great wealth of knowledge during the whole process. Buying a house is stressful, but buying a house during lockdown is even more difficult. However, Kimberley was amazing throughout, answering all of our questions, reassuring us, solving problems, and helped speed the process up. She was just at the end of the phone whenever we needed help, and she is also such a lovely lady, which made it a pleasure dealing with her. I cannot recommend Hunters enough, especially Kimberley! Thank you Hunters!

Hunters Sutton Coldfield are the best estate agents in Sutton Coldfield. From when the branch manager Faye comes to do your valuation all the way through the process Kimberley and Robyn came out and done all the viewings and gave feedback daily. Would 100% recommend Hunters to sell you property.

Appalling letting and estate agents, stay well clear. Gave out 2 sets of keys to builders when property was being refurbished , builder locked themselves out , all the keys on the one key chain which hunters had given out resulting in locks being changed. Came from London to have an appointment at the property to go over the refurbishment and get back on the market , Tracey did not turn up despite confirming with her several times the few days before, sales department no better , when discussing looking to see the boy said all leasehold properties are worthless and unsaleable due to cladding, wouldn’t listen or couldn’t understand our property did not have cladding and just said it was worthless as soon as he knew it was leasehold. Utter rubbish. Terrible estate and letting agents, terrible communication , they just cannot be bothered. Oh still have the tenants deposit after a month as we claimed for cleaning on it, they can’t be bothered chasing up the dps for that either nor will respond about it. Again can’t be bothered stay clear. Vile !

We have been living in London for over 8 years and only rented 2 properties with private landlords, so this was our first experience to renting with an agency. Because of very noisy neighbours we decided we had to move as soon as possible. We started the viewing process which can be quite stressful especially when you have a pet and your options can shrink significantly. However from the moment I started to talk to Alfonso, Jamaica, Jordan and Chelsea we felt we were in good hands. They have been very professional and very patient with us. I was calling them and email them on a regular basis asking so many questions and because of the vetting process that was completely new to us I must have contacted them more than it was necessary at times, however I’ve always felt I could count on them. If you are trying to make a move and find your happy place look no further. Thank you guys for you help.

I have been trying to reach you since 2 weeks. And no answers to queries or calls. I can understand if you are busy but times are hard for all of us. I am looking for a home when my landlord is planning renovation for new year. I have to get out and look for another home. Please atleast care to reply to queries that you are busy and cannot reply me for 2 weeks.
