GoogleCould not thank Faye, Robyn and the team enough for the the purchase of our new house and the unexpected sale of our previous house. When our sale fell through they went the extra mile ensuring we didn’t lose the house we had put an offer on. Right up until we collected the keys they kept in contact and helped progress an issues with the rest of the chain and conveyancers. They’re a fabulous team who clearly care about their customers.

GoogleI moved agents to Hunters after Greens and Paul Carr failed to secure a sale. Unlike other agents they didn't consolidate viewings in order to leave the office less and within 6 weeks there was a buyer agreed. The sale wasn't smooth, mostly due to solicitor finger pointing delays. I was obviously worried this would have an effect to the chain so was constantly contacting Robyn and Faye to push the buyer for information together with reassurance which they did quickly, always without complaint. They also stepped in as a communication link for me to answer queries from the other party and finally communicated the proposed completion date when the solicitors failed to do so. This gave us time to push and prepare. Without Hunters proactive approach I think we would have ended up delaying until someone got fed up and the chain collapsed. I highly recommend them over the other agents I have had experience with in Sutton.

GoogleI can not thank Joe Foster enough for the professional way he has handled the letting of my property. It was advertised successfully so that suitable tenants have been found. Joe advised and helped me through the legalities and all the paper work that was required and kept me informed throughout the process. I would use his services again.

I have used them for over 10 years, I must say that they look after my propertys in a very professional way., This leaves me with time to look after my comercial portfolio....If you are a experianced land lord [or a first time landlord] I can not recomend a better rental agent. I am looking to ad to my residential portfolio this year and I will defanatly be dealing with the team at hunters.
