I had good experience with the Hunters estates on the property. Jay from Hunters came for property viewing and later provided all the information requested and suggested good mortgage advisor as well. I could definitely recommend Hunters for any one looking for property.

We have recently sold our house with Hunters Pudsey and have nothing but good things to say about this estate agents. They were supportive through out the full process and we never felt like we were bothering them by making regular phone calls. Kirsty is a credit to the company , she gave us fantastic service and really supported us when our move became bumpy.

Hunters estate agents Harborne have undertaken the sale of our property with the upmost professionalism and priority. From the marketing of the property and the viewings through to completion of the sale which at times involved a lot of communication between parties nothing has been too much trouble. Sophie and Jake have been absolutely fantastic and instrumental in the sale of our property. They have gone above and beyond, answering all our questions, emails and phone calls with the upmost professionalism, promptness and friendliness. I sold my apartment remotely from another country. In the process I found Vik and his team very responsive and trustworthy. They are very knowledgeable in the area and act as the problem solver for their client. Hence I was able to sell my apartment without needing to return to the UK.

Very disappointed with this company, will never use again their services. As a result of their work, we received a claim of over £500 after 1 year living at the property, which is currently in dispute with DPS. Make lots of pictures and videos of the smallest detail in the house (including every screw in the bed frame) and be sure to do the same when you leave. We recommend future tenants to carefully check the electricity costs associated with their properties. Documents were provided by Hunters (nothing illegal done), but it would have been a kind touch to mention that detail, as it has the lowest possible category, costing a fortune to keep warm. If you need to pass any message, I also recommend you mail the full staff members' list to be sure the issues are recorded. Thanks for such a "pleasant lesson", we won't be fooled twice.

Thank you for your review. Please accept my sincere apologies for the what you believe has been a poor level of service that you have received. As you have stated, you will have the full opportunity to dispute the claim against your deposit. Our inventories and check out reports are carried out by a third party company to ensure impartiality. However you were fully aware of our claim, kitchen clean including oven, replace broken bed, remove blue tack on the dividing doors and repaint. With regards to your energy bills, the landlord nor the agent can be held responsible for a tenants usage or tariff. The EPC was included in the marketing material and your move in pack.

Hunters, and in particular, their Property Sales Agent Leah Connor, have been absolutely fantastic during our property sale. From our initial valuation meeting with Leah she has been professional, friendly and shown an extremely high knowledge of the property market. Communication has truly been second to none. Leah and her colleagues have left no stone unturned in ensuring our property was on the market and within four weeks it is in the position of sold STC. We definitely chose the right Estate Agent for us and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Hunters to friends and family.

Hunters were extremely helpful in helping me find a property to rent after being messed around by other local companies. Unlike other agents, they were quick to respond to my requests and nothing was too much trouble. The advice I received proved to be so valuable and they helped me step by step collecting all the necessary documents. I am now in my flat and I could not be happier!
